Description

GermGuardian® FLT5900 HEPA GENUINE Replacement Filter J is a combination filter. It includes a HEPA filter, a pre-filter/activated carbon filter layer that captures odors from cooking, pets and smoking, while helping to improve indoor air quality. The HEPA Filter captures 99.97% of dust and allergens as small as 0.1 microns such as household dust, pet dander, mold spores and plant pollens. It is recommended to use with the GermGuardian® AC5900WCA. The use of this genuine Guardian Technologies™ replacement part will maintain the product's performance.

Poor customer care

I have not received the product after 3 weeks and have been unable to reach someone to check on the order for me as all support services seem to relate to product support and not shipping issues.

VER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received only one plug in filter even though I paid for two and have a receipt for two. I reported this and was told to call fedex! Fedex delivered my package, but there was ONLY ONE plug in filter.

I Can Breathe At A Cost
