Q: Why doesn’t the flashing red light go away after filter replacement?

  • A: The flashing red light may continue even after replacing the filter if the unit hasn’t been reset. To fix this: Make sure the unit is plugged in and turned on. Press and hold the UV mode button for 5 seconds. This will reset both the filter and UV indicators. Once reset, the red light should turn off.

  • A: The LB4000 is the bulb number. The best way to know what filter you need is by checking the filter itself or looking on the bottom of the unit on a silver label for the model number.

MISLEADING INFORMATION

Bought this here online on the app. It states that it is .1 microns. Picked up today and look at the product where it stated .3 microns. Not sure if I was accidentally given the wrong one or mismatch on advertising. I’m giving a low rating for the fact that what I bought was not what I was given. I have not tried this filter out or used it.

Excellent pricing
