    Replacement filter

    I run my Hepa air purifier every night as I have allergies 24/7 all year. I change my filter once a year and the charcoal filter part twice a year. I can't sleep without running my Hepa air purifier all night long.

    Filter that came with this model is very flimsy

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own two other air purifiers by Lasko and they are larger than this one. Their charcoal filters seem to be much more robust and longer lasting. I'm not sure why this smaller model does not have a similar structure for its filter. It seems pretty flimsy and my concern is that the HEPA filter will go bad quicker than it needs to.

    I have tried all day to order a product and I keep getting stopped by some ridiculous requirement about changing the amount - first it was the $5 shipping fee, then I decided to increase the order to change the shipping fee requirement and the computer program didn't like that either.     The new filters and bulbs

    The new filters and bulbs were easy to change and restore the purifier’s to their original condition. I smoke in my little apartment which is less than 500 sq ft and I run two of these purifiers 24/7. It makes a big difference on the air quality in my apartment.
