    Stay away from the coffee machine !

    COFFEE BREWER unit makes the machine useless! i have sent many emais and complaints after the issue occurred after several months its now an year and yet no resposne and my GE profile machine is uselss more than an hassle than something worth the purchase.

    GE profile coffee maker

    We have had the coffee machine for a year and already not working. Hot coffee and water comes out from the sides, splashes everywhere. We have descaled and clean the Machine but still have issues with it. We have to buy another coffee maker now. Don’t bother buying this product, extremely disappointing!!

    Love it—ignore the bad ratings

    Very easy to use. Compact in size. I personally prefer the machine without milk frothing because it adds up hassle to clean it (otherwise it would stink in 2 days.) Happy that I purchased it!

    In love with this machine

    So simple, so delicious. This espresso machine is even easier than a kuerig! If you love the taste of fresh shop coffee, you want it in your house but don’t want to take the time for the grind tap tap tamp.. this machine does IT ALL ❤️ seriously you will be happy you got it, highly recommend.

    Great coffee

    The coffee is very good and consistent. Some issues when wiping the outside un intentionally a rinse cycle. Overall, happy with it so far once the water refill message happens before an error happens

    Works great, wish the app had more custom options

    The espresso machine works wonderfully. I wish the app would allow me to customize MyBrew to be programmed to pull multiple ristretto shots. As it is, it only allows one shot at a time. The option to pull a double or triple ristretto shot would be much appreciated.

    Love it !

    This is a very easy to use and wonderful product. I’m a frequent espresso / coffee drinker so the cost savings of no longer using the pods or the capsules is more than going to pay for the upgrade. Not to mention I will be offsetting my foot print on the environment. The flavors that this machine can extract from quality beans is amazing. Having the ability to choose the bean that I want with out the mess of the adapter pods is a game changer. Try it out you won’t regret it !

    So far so good. Easy to setup and use except the lack of setting control on the machine itself. Some of the settings only adjustable by the app on phone and Wi-Fi

    You need the app to customize, and the app is bad

    I wish I could brew a lungo more the 5.5 oz, or an espresso more than 1.5 oz. I don't understand why it's so limited. I would also like to be able to control the amount of water in my Americano. And My Brew is not My Brew at all, I would like to be able to fully set all the parameters. My Brew is extremely limited in the options: Ristretto, 1 oz, Doppio, 1.5oz, Triple 1.5 oz. Red Eye 4.5 oz. That's it. The quality of the machine is great. My pucks come out solid, love the buttons. It's quiet, for a fully automatic. I had a Philips 3200, and this is way better. Just need better control over the brew, and then they ranks way higher.

    Auto espresso machine

    I really love how simple it is to get a great cup of espresso first thing in the morning, unfortunately with my first machine I was having issues with it descaling so they had to send me a replacement which I just received today so far everything is going great.

    Great Looking & Great Tasting

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this. I love the sleek and simple design. I love that it doesn't take up too much precious counter space to make amazing espressos. It's a great machine. I really appreciate that it grinds beans- I think starting from whole beans provides a rich experience that takes the espresso from a 5 to a 9. This doesn't froth, but that's okay. I can do that separately and add if I'm in that mood. Overall it's a great machine. Easy to assemble and clean and makes delicious drinks.
