Very Dissappointed

Got the chair today and unpacked it to assemble. Pieces were pushed up deep inside the chair seat and were difficult to get out past the base. Directions were pictures with very few actual directions. The side pannels had to be pulled out horizontally from each other so that they would lock in place. This was my first serious problem with the chair, they didn't lock in place as they were supposed to. My second problem with the chair is the lever to recline the chair is a tiny little parachute like handle that barely sticks out between the right armrest and the inside seat cushion. I'll be disassembling it tomorrow morning and returning it to the nearest Target for a refund. As the title says, I am very dissappointed.
