Missing parts

Assembly instructions were very easy to understand. Item is well made and seems to be sturdy; however, when I started putting it together I noticed the fireplace component was missing. Waiting to hear back from customer service to remedy the situation

Broken in half

received this item and several key pieces were completely broken in half. There was no option gi en to exchange, only to return item and process to return is a huge pain with this big an item and its almost impossible to find a way to reach out to Target to resolve. everything sends you to an faq, nowhere you can connect with an actual person

loving it!

Pleasantly surprised with this tv stand with fireplace. It's not high end furniture but for the sale price point, it's pretty darn nice! Very sturdy, very welcoming and better than i expected! Also, actually gives off great heat and the color display choices are plenty and really great looking! We are super happy with this purchase!
