{I did not get paid or sent as freebie to review this hair dye this a real raw review about this} I got the color LC2 Caramelo Blonde was very skeptical at first because I know most people got hot roots with this if you do this right that won’t happen split your hair in 3 parts going up start from the bottom DO NOT START FROM THE TOP , from the ends of your hair work the dye into your roots , once you reach the top of your head/done start your timer for 45 minutes and make sure you put a bag over your hair to trap heat, DO NOT USE this product if you have bleached hair before or have used bleach it will fry your hair I had a few ends of my hair I bleached years ago and never cut off and they did fry , had to cut them off whatever it was about time , if you have red hair tones left DO NOT USE this product your hair will look patchy , The color I had before was Garnier 63 Light Golden Brown this LC2 dye will only work if your hair is naturally black never dyed or medium brown any kind of brown and won’t work if put on top of recently dyed hair you have to make sure all hair dye is fully off, if you have lots of hair make sure you buy enough used 4 boxes of this to make sure a had full coverage and no patches ,hope this helps with whoever wants to try this

Don't do the medium intense auburn. I worked so hard to get it lightened by using the light intense auburn and it worked so well. I needed a little more lightning and I saw this one. It was a bit more vivid and red so I chose that one- the box made it seem it would lighten to a beautiful red. No. What it did was dye it back to dark brown. I'm so angry. I'm so so angry. What was lightened and now needs just a little bit more so it's all a beautiful red is now brown again.

Honestly so worth it
Definitely lightened my hair a lot! Went from a dark reddish brown to a honeyish blonde. The color is nothing like the box and obviously my roots were much lighter than my previously dyed hair, but I am very happy with the results. Also the blue conditioner is fire!

Worked on light brown hair
The LC3 one worked great for me with light brown/dark blonde hair with grays. I’m not sure what it would do for the dark brown on the box, but it worked for me and came out a pretty, warm honey blonde. Looks soft, natural, and my hair feels soft too. Glad it didn’t turn orange like I was worried. It might. I’m not really sure my hair color (I was blonde as kid, but went darker as adult). Some call it mousy brown, some dirty blonde, but it’s definitely not the “before” color on the box. Either way, it lightened it just how I wanted. I like how the dye catches onto all the different strands, so my grays give it dimension and highlights.

My first wash after the coloring, my hair turned light brown and my grays have turned blonde. This has never happened before after dying my hair using other brands. As I used the same shampooing/conditioning products.

Absolutely the worst product I’ve ever put on my hair. Now I have to pay over $300 to get a professional to fix it. I’ve tried every other brand of hair color there is, this is by FAR the worst. Did not work accurately at all.
