Unhappy
Garner fructose curl nourish shampoo and conditioner left my hair like straw. It must contain sugared and maybe silicone. Initially I liked it but after using full bottles of the product I am going to have to find something to restore and nourish my hair.

Best shampoo ever
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for a couple of months now and let me tell you I absolutely love it. I’ve spent so long trying to find a good shampoo and conditioner for my very thick, high-density, curly hair that didn’t make my hair feel dry or brittle and I think I finally found it. This shampoo as well as the conditioner makes my hair feel so soft and smell good, I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

So much dandruff
This shampoo used to work for me but recently I’ve been getting AWFUL dandruff and have been losing some hair plus my hair has been getting greasy way faster

Losing my hair!
I’ve been a long time loyal Garnet customer, I just yesterday brought for the first time the Curl Nourish line, I washed with the shampoo this morning and immediately started to smell ammonia and burn. I lost a few large clumps of hair! I’m so upset.

My new Shampoo!
Wow, it is nice that I found your Curl Nourish Shampoo. I have let my hair grow to a longer length, to bring out more fullness for pronounced waviness and curl. This shampoo has brought out more waviness and curl and leaves my hair weightless. I am very impressed at my Senior age over 65.

Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a sample of this product and the conditioner. I noticed that it said sulfate free and thought it may be a nice to try this in place of my other natural brands. Well I had much more hair fall in the shower then usual and after drying my hair felt far from nourished, it was dry and straw like. Unlike other Garnier products I will not be purchasing this after the disappointing results from the sample.

Normally I use olaplex or biolage so I can definitely tell the difference between them but if I’m on a budget and need something that’s great for my curls this will definitely be it! It didn’t leave my hair feeling greasy either!

Nice fragrance, lather
I used this a few years ago and it was a little different, unless i am misremembering. It was a very creamy, thick shampoo that didnt quite clean that well but i still liked. Tried again a week ago. I actually like the change. My hair feels cleaner. The lather is great too. Same coconut fragrance. The best way i can describe this is it feels more like shampoo now whereas before it was more like a lathering conditioner. I have fine, wavy hair so heavier products arent for me. Some people like this change, others don't. It all depends on your hair. One thing that stayed the same: it doesn't dry out my skin after showering. I recommend this shampoo.

Bring back old formula!
I have always used Garnier until now terrible new formula I just got my hair colored and the curly shampoo stripped it all out!

Garnier Nourishes My Curls
I have tried more expensive products on my very dry 4A high-porosity hair and keep coming back to Garnier Fructis Curl Nourish. The shampoo softens my hair during the cleansing process, unlike all the other products I have spent lots of money on. I try other cowashes occasionally, but always go back to Garnier. The Curl Nourish Shampoo works better than the other conditioners for me. My feeling is that a product doesn't have to cost hundreds of dollars to be the right one for me. So, I am giving it 5 stars overall to include all the Garnier Fructis products I use (shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing leave-in spray, leave-in conditioning cream, and conditioning cream gel). I hope they stay effective and affordable.

Amazed!
I decided to give the Garnier line a try after purchasing enough products to fill a store that don't work. This shampoo is awesome! Every other shampoo I have tried dried my hair out and left me with no curls and frizz. I'm currently using the air dry cream and mousse (waiting for the mousse to come back to stores, currently sold out) and am happy with the results that I got today. My curls look hydrated and shiny. Very Impressed.

I need silicones
This shampoo actually makes my curls more defined than other shampoos do. I don't necessarily need sulfates, but my hair does badly without silicones. I wish there was a shampoo for curly hair that had silicones in it.

My new "go to" hair product line!
I have been using the triple nutrition line for years. I have very curly, frizzy, thick hair. The shampoo, conditioner and spray are amazing! I get incredible long curly rings now! I only was every other day. I see to spray with water to refresh the curls on my in between washes but the spray does so much more! Not gunny or sticky at all! I haven't seen the butter or cream in the store yet but I cant wait to try them! My new go to for my kinky, course curls! Thank you Garnier!

The shampoo was advertised as anti-frizz, but the shampoo gave me more frizz than my regular shampoo. It also dried out my hair more and was not as nourishing as I was hoping. Given the price though, it is still a good shampoo option.

Better than the conditioner

I plan to continue using the shampoo along with my previous conditioner. I recommend trying if looking for an affordable shampoo for curls.
