This is an amazing product. I take lots of enzymes but there's something superior about this one. Especially if you are suspicious of a sluggish gall bladder or have trouble digesting fats. I wake up free of nausea.

I needed a new enzyme product, and was comparing various products for levels and types of enzymes included. I normally read the full ingredients list, but on this occasion I didn't notice some of the additional ingredients. This product contains turmeric, which I don't tolerate. If I had seen this I wouldn't have ordered it. But who puts turmeric in a digestive enzyme? I did try a few, because I had spent money on it, and there seemed to be a fairly low level of turmeric. Still didn't tolerate it. If you have sensitivities, check all ingredients. This was a waste of money for me.

Excellent product! Has helped my digestive problems and I seem to feel healthier taking this product, my color is better, not so pasty and pale.

The Q Zyme is fantastic! Its a great systemic enzyme that has great ingredients and is great for multiple applications and issues such as gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance! It is a pretty big capsule though which can be difficult to swallow! Pro Tip: take your digestive enzymes 30 minutes before a meal and drink plenty of water with them as they require water for best absorption!

I purchased this to help with diarrhea and digestion. Took my first capsule yesterday morning after eating breakfast and took one at dinner also. Yesterday morning I felt dizzy soon afterwards but put it to - whatever? This morning however - I noticed the same dizziness which is a big dizzy I don't like. It lasts only about 15 minutes but I can't function well. It's like a bad case of sugar imbalance and I know it's this Omega-Zyme as it's the only new pill I've added. Whew, Am going to have to watch how I take the evening one as I didn't feel this strong dizziness last evening. Will wait on the morning capsule tomorrow until I've eaten two meals plus snacks. Will give it one more day trying it out. Be careful how it is used - or any new pill - and with this one don't plan anything for the half hour after taking it when trying it for the first time. Mmm, drink lots of liquid with it.

Can't live without this enzyme with each meal. I no longer have gas and bloating with dairy and my food is digested easier.

I have used Garden of Life products for 14 yrs. after my Alternative Dr. recommended them.

This product helps after any full meal. Be careful how many you take. If you are sensitive it will work fast. I like taking 2. My daughter cannot use them because of her sensitive stomach. They really work to take away the full feeling.

I am taking other Garden of Life products and I am very happy with them all. I wish they were less expensive, but Swanson offers a good price.

These are my favorite digestive enzymes. I don't always purchase because of the price point, but these have always worked well for me.
