This could be answer to outside play noise.
Enjoy playing with Librarian balls, and they completely solve the noise problem. Would better if they were a darker richer color for visibility.

Fabulous quiet pickleballs
I'm honestly amazed at how comparable these quiet foam balls are to plastic pickleballs. I'm fortunate enough to be able to play where noise isn't a problem but I'm interested in new products. These balls are a near perfect answer to the noise problem in some neighborhoods. They are great for rec play. I believe they will have a longer life than the regular balls. The only issue with them is they tend to pick up debris like hair and leaf bits. But I wouldn't hesitate to toss them in the washing machine.

I was surprised how well they play
The balls play well, they are a little more forgiving than a pickleball, more like a tennis ball, but if my choice is to not play at all due to noise regulation, or play with this ball, I would highly recommend it. Also for practicing inside a house, no noise, no concern about damage or marking the walls.

Really fun ball
Really fun ball for playing inside my house. Aka drilling against my wall. If you're a busy dad like me you only get so much time for practice. This ball allows me to scratch that pickleball itch. Played a few games of skinny singles outdoor and it's a fun experience. It obviously is not going to be exactly the same as a plastic ball, but of the other foam balls I have tried it's not even close, this one is the most like a real ball. Really fun to use with those trainer paddles with friends when you just want to have fun. Ball spins like crazy which is always fun. Send me some more and I'll make a video on YouTube!

Silent Pickleballs
The silent balls are not the same as a regular pickleball. They bounce higher and do not feel the same as a regular pickle ball. I used them in a game this morning and my partners all agree the ball was unacceptable.

Gamma Foam balls
These are not anything like real pickleballs. They're simply foam balls and no real PB player would use these. Don't waste your money buying these. Also the shipping cost was more than the balls!

Pros and Cons
Absolutely quieter than a regular pickleball. However, due to the lack of holes these balls are impacted by air very differently than a regular pickleball. The weight and degree of bounce are very similar as advertised, but the way the ball moves through the air is too different from a regular pickleball to be used in any serious play.
