it IS slippery
Not sure why it says non-slip. It is very slippery. Even with sticky gloves and yoga socks it is slippery.

Hello, we recommend wiping down the mat prior to use with 50/50 solution of water and vinegar. This will remove any ink residue or dirt and increase the grip.
