Leg broke in 1 month

After hiking this up three flights of stairs I put the legs on and flipped it over and the couch is two different shades of grey the whole left side is dark charcoal and the whole right side is literally light grey….now I have to disassemble and take down the same three flights of stairs 😭😭😭

Perfect for our kids game room! I wouldn’t recommend this for adults, it’s tiny. But perfect for what we are using it for!

Perfect piece of furniture for a small apartment, dorm room, or small basement. It is comfortable and very easy to assemble and convert from a couch to a bed.

I bought this sofa bed yesterday, and so far it’s mine and my son’s favorite.

This was purchased for my son's dorm room. It was easy to carry to his place and just as easy to assemble. It works well as seating when friends come to socialize but also great if a friend needs to spend the night!

Power tools needed. Holes are threaded badly and I needed to break out the power tools clear the holes

I ordered a sofa from Target and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. it has been frustrating and time consuming. I expected better communication and accountability from Target. I would appreciate immediate assistance to resolve this return. The sofa arrived damaged, smaller than expected, and extremely firm. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, and I was told it would be picked up from my home. I received a post office label, printed it, and attached it to the package, but no one ever came to collect it. The sofa sat outside for two days. When I called again, I was asked to provide photos and spent over 25 minutes on the phone before being transferred to another representative. I was assured I would receive a UPS return label within 24 hours. It has now been four days, and I have still not received the label or any update.

Bought this for our nee apartment. If you purchase from the store itself, you for sure should not have issues. My box came with no damage, everything was right. It's extremely comfortable. a little on the short side but I'm 4'9 so I fit perfectly, my 6'1 husband can't lay down on it comfortably but he does say it's softer than his gaming chair lol.

This is not justified by the picture and description! It is actually very well-made and very nice. It has like a pillow top on it. It is very comfortable. This is well worth the price.

This futon came with a rip in the seat that was stiched together. but for the price its a good futon I just wish the rip wasnt there because its pretty noticible
