[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying anything from function of beauty. What I did not expect was how amazing it would smell! Adding in the volume booster was fun and I also feel like it really helped. Normally my fine hair dries flat and straight to my head but after a few washes using this my roots were more lifted and my hair felt more bouncy! I was gifted by function of beauty to try this.

I added this with the length I received. I didnt really like how it changed the consistency too much when added to the shampoo and conditioner. I do have hair that seems to like to fall flat so I like to use volume products to give it some body. I thought this seemed to add some volume when dried but it was hard to tell. I did seem to have more volume when blow drying then when air drying. I didnt feel my hair was weighed down or anything which is good so Im hoping for some more voluminous results overtime.

The packing is cute and fun, and it is easy to transfer the product into the bottle. I liked that there were two of the product so one could each be put in the shampoo and conditioner. The product smelled nice too! I dont know if this did a lot to volumize my hair. I didnt notice any huge differences before/after using it. But my hair was shiny and soft after use.

I added this to the straight base shampoo and conditioner. I only apply conditioner to the ends of my hair, so I didn't expect drastic results. I shampoo my hair once every two days and didn't notice a big difference in volume. I also dislike scented products and wasn't very happy with the scent of the add-in.
