Easy on the go pre workout

Within 30 I was ready to go. Post workout I take a daily protein that frog fuel offers as well. Great products

Mix with water
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a taste that will hit your taste buds so we've decided to add half to 20oz of water before workout and then the other half in water during thee workout. My friend shoots it straight down the hatch but my taste buds can't handle that.

Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before without pre workout frog fuel, halfway in the cardiovascular Arc 750 trainer machine I would start to feel the fatigue approach. Frog fuel pre workout with caffeine 15 minutes before working out I am able to finish the 70 minute training without stopping. Plus not be tired after I finish. After the gym I am able to continue with my daily routine of life. Don't forget the frog fuel protein after the workout. Amazing product for a disabled person at 52.

Cryptonite

It is totally incredible. Hitting times I haven't in years. I also just began using the recovery formula and hope it keeps me strong and healthy. A fantastic product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I am sure it has some ingredients that work behind the scenes in the body. . . but for a pre-workout with supposed caffeine, this supplement has done nothing for me. I had to add a secondary pre-workout drink to give me the energy boost I need.
