A: Even though I hate to be "that girl", I still felt it necessary to say... This idea is actually old news! Lol. At least to me, it is. Because unfortunately, my menstrual cycle has been getting a lot heavier, the older I get. "Over time, the more frustrated I got about it, the more helpless I felt! For no one woman deserves this sad hand I was dealt! Nor was I ever willing to accept this as my fate! As I kept thinking to myself, there's got to be a better way! While in my desperation to come to a clear conclusion, that's when I realized, at last, I HAD found a better solution! I could just wear Adult Diapers instead, almost as an illusion!" Aha! So that's when I decided to make the switch from using maxi pads to disposable underwear for incontinence, at least on my heavy days. Now that may sound a bit extreme. Though, ironic as it may seem, needing to (occasionally) wear "Depends" in my 30s & 40s already, actually makes me feel rather confident! Heh. I'm a lot more comfortable just going about my day, especially at work! Because I no longer feel the need to constantly worry about any embarrassing leakage! It's a relief to use them when I sleep at night, as well! I can rest assured (literally) that I won't have to wake up to a mess in my bed. It's a no-brainer! Since disposable underwear was originally designed with the capacity to absorb a bladder-full of urine, throughout the night... then obviously they can handle any menstrual flow, no matter how heavy it may be! So I hope that perhaps this will help some other women out there to come up with a better, possibly cheaper solution for their heavy-flow days! Now, having said all that, please realize that I stand by Always brand products, 100%! Because they have "ALWAYS" been my trusted brand of pads, over the years. (Pun intended! Lol.) And I still continue to purchase their products, to this day! In fact, I chose Always brand for my disposable underwear, as well. I find them to be more comfortable & reliable than the other leading brands! I'm so grateful that the Always company finally decided to branch out from their feminine hygiene brand. Because years ago, when they introduced their new line of incontinence products to the market? Well, that was about the same time that I realized it would be a genius idea to wear them! 😉
