    Cheap wool?

    They say wool sheds no matter what and this is true but if it’s good quality it should stop at a certain point or limit the amount of shedding (I did my researched because of this). The amount of shedding this does even 6 months later is DISGUSTING. I don’t even have pets and for someone who grew up with both... it’s just as bad. I have kids and I’ve had to pull out the hair from their faces and mouths. If you’re going to invest in a good quality rug, this ain’t it. Vacuum bag is constantly filled as well... tossing this and investing in something better. Thickness is good and color is pretty accurate.

    The most beautiful rug. So squishy too

    We are loving this rug in the living room. We have white oak floors and it compliments them beautifully. It is also much easier on the feet than the other rug I got that is not wool.

    Beautiful Rug

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is thicker than the slim “machine washable” junk from Ruggable. It has that scratchy wool texture which is what I wanted. Doesn’t necessarily need a rug pad but we bought one to help it from slipping. Based on the material I think it was worth the cost. Moderator amount of shedding in the first few vacuums which is expected but we don’t have tumbleweeds rolling around the house which was my biggest concern. Originally we bought too big of a size and the return process wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be, but it is expensive. Measure thrice. Purchase once. Is my recommendation.

    Very pretty, smells bad

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is prettier in person than online. It is very soft, which I did not expect. I’ve had many wool rugs, but this one smells bad. Really bad. I’ve had it unrolled and in the room for a few days and it is getting better. Had a bad glue spot stuck to the top of it about the size of 2 quarters, but I was able to pry it off. I got the rug on a good sale, otherwise I would have been a little disappointed by the glue and smell.

    Beautiful

    Absolutely beautiful - and it matches our house perfectly. My husband and I just moved into our first home, and we had our hearts set on a wool rug. We went with the 10x14 size along with the rug pad (it hadn't been trimmed to fit yet in the second photo). We couldn't be happier. The cats love it too - one of them kept rubbing her back on it in circles and purring! I'm working on diverting them from scratching it; there have been a few attempts, but thankfully, no damage due to the high quality of this rug. It's just so, so gorgeous. It does have a strong natural smell at first, like sheep or hay, but it’s not unpleasant and is already starting to fade. We’d absolutely purchase again!

    Not pet friendly

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, within the week it is getting constantly snagged and is unraveling. We chose an expensive rug to avoid this. We have never had problems with any of our other rugs being snagged by our dog. She does not snag things easily either. Very unfortunate because this was a large purchase and we really liked the design.

    Ivory rug

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is beautiful. However, it is much lighter than depicted. I have to look intensely to see any variation in the rug. Now, it ended up looking nice in my space, but I would caution you to think about buying this rug in this color if the square pattern is something you want to be visible. The ivory color is good and the quality is top notch. But because of not being able to see the squares, I deducted a star. Maybe go for taupe if you want more visibility. It is too much of a hassle to return so I kept mine. If I had known this, I would not have purchased.

    Beautiful rug but bottom of rug not finished

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug itself is beautiful and quality seems wonderful. Soft and warm under feet. Unfortunately the bottom of the rug is missing the strip of reinforcement fabric that goes around the outer edge as photos advertised it had. Hopefully, there will not be issues with how it holds up over time.
