Accurate
After hundreds of time fails in making cakes, Chinese stuffed bum, baking bread, I knew the problem from inaccurate weight of different ingredients, one of my friend told me I need buy a digital scale to measure the Weight of baking powder, soda, sugar etc. I spent few days to search scale in Walmart, this scale catches my eyes some days, I decided to buy this one after comparing with others, unsurprisingly, I successfully made a wonderful cake. It’s accurate, the battery is reliable can use long time. My wife and me all like this scale

Large surface, easy to read
I have tested this scale with a few US coins of well-known weight. Even at the low end it seems to be within one gram of correct. I like the available ranges of units - kilograms, grams, pounds, ounces, milliliters. The Tare function seems to work perfectly. I am very pleased with the large stainless steel surface of this scale. I've seen too many kitchen scales that were small enough to be awkward in some situations. The scale was shipped promptly and arrived well-packed and in good condition. I believe I got good value for my money

Super easy to use.
Quality is excellent and scale is super easy to use. Scale was better than what I was expecting. This thing is great. Easy to read and operate for older retired persons. My wife thought I was a "little off" purchasing this product [something she would not purchase]. Now, she loves this scale. She loves the size of the unit and "easy to read".

Would recommend.
Accurate to +/- 1 g (about 1/30 oz) as specified. I had several reference weights to verify that. To clean, you just wipe it off, it has a nice smooth surface. The touch screen is great, no mechanical buttons to wear out. I don't know yet how long the batteries will last.

Sleek, attractive and accurate scale
I purchased this scale to replace my ancient but trusty WW scale when it finally gave up the ghost. This well packaged, sleek scale takes up minimal counter space like my old scale, but looks a million times better. Accurate, easy to clean…I am thrilled with this purchase ! I bake a lot and this scale is able to handle more weight than my old scale could and the smooth glass top is easily wiped clear of any spilled flour. It easily changes from lbs/oz to grams or to liquid mls by a push of a button. It’s the little things that make me happy and this one of them…highly recommend this scale.

Great scale, easy to clean
I use this scale every day, multiple times a day, and I love it. I bought this because my last scale broke after I splash-washed it (no immersion) and some water got inside; not a problem for this one, with its sealed interface. Battery life is good, the readability of the display is excellent, the buttons are responsive and easy to use, and the menu is intuitive.

Easy to Use & Accurate
I tested the accuracy of the scale with many items in my kitchen (i.e. a 1lb bag of beans, bananas compared to grocery store receipt, etc.) in multiple units (lb, oz., g) and all readouts matched everything on the packaging. It is extremely easy to switch between units. When weighing the volume of an item you have to be mindful that it is calibrated for water and that 500mL of water will not weigh the same as 500mL of oil - that might explain some other reviewers' dissatisfaction with the volume setting - it's meant for water only. I would highly recommend this scale based on accuracy alone, but it also has excellent capacity for most home cooks.

I use this for making small batches of custom soap. Smooth scale readout no jumping around on the display Cleans up pretty easily Handy size for small counter tops or tables Read out is large for older eyes I like the fact that it retains the selected units on the scale after being turned off and then back on

This food scale is EXCELLENT
I bought this for a cooking class, but I've been using it much more to weigh my portions and count calories. I'm trying eat better and be healthier and lose a few pounds, and this scale has truly lifted my spirits by making me feel like I'm in control. The design is slick, it's very easy to use, and I especially love the "TARE" button which allows me to keep stuff on the scale and reset the weight to zero. Sooooo, for example, when I'm making a salad with a ton of ingredients, I can reset it after each item I throw in to isolate that particular food and get the stats. It's very precise too. I made a smoothie for my mom and wanted to give her exactly 100 grams of it (mainly just to see if I could be that precise), and I was able to keep pouring it little by little, drop by drop, as the weight crept up to 97, then 98, 99, and finally 100g. I was gonna buy a cheaper food scale for like $11 but decided to "splurge" on this one instead, and it was worth it. I love the scale so much that I've been thinking about talking about it on Facebook, but rather than bore my friends there, I thought I'd type this all up here in case it helps anyone. Phew! :D

Super easy to use
This is super easy to use if your counting calories. The tare function and the ability to switch units of measure is great because you don't have to dirty up measuring cups. For example, you can put a bowl on the scale, zero it out, then add cereal and get a measurement. Then just zero it out again switch units of measure and add milk. Super cool. Anyway, great product. Recommend.

Great scale!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this scale. I had one I was using previously for bread making that would change weights if I rested my spoon inside the container and then take it out again. This does not work well for bread. I ordered this and have been extremely happy with its performance so far. It is very accurate, even after adding tiny amounts of ingredients, like 2g of salt, to an already full bowl. My previous scale would not register this. It is also very easy to tare, to clean, and to use.

Very Nice Scale
We purchased this scale to replace our older scale whose display was dimming. This scale is larger with far batter features: bright easy to read display, larger platform to hold large items better, the grams to lbs oz switch is with the other controls (rather underneath as in our old model), the surface resists streaking and a breeze to clean and look good.

Small, sleek, and convenient!
My husband got me this scale as a gift and I did initially rolled my eyes at it. Why would I need to weigh everything if I already use measuring cups/spoons, or simply eyeball it, but after using this for the past few weeks, I can honestly say this thing has changed the way I prep and cook meals! I am so pleasantly surprised. I have pretty much cut down the amount of dishes I need to clean after cooking/baking because I only need to use one bowl and simply keep adding the amounts I need with the tare button! It sounds silly, but it's actually really awesome! I even do it just for fun sometimes. I also just recently started counting calories and being able to accuretly weigh my food has made this so much easier! It's very easy to use and it does look quite attractive on my kitchen counter.

After years of working with scales in professional kitchens, I have struggled to find a decent one for home use. This is as good as it gets especially when considering the price point. I took a chance with a brand I’ve never heard of and was not disappointed at all. The easy to read blue led light is great unlike those gray ones. Accuracy from a gram to lbs is almost perfect.

Didn't realize how much I would like this
I originally bought one of these scales for my daughter who had it on her wishlist. Then several months later I realized I needed one because I buy things, such as bulk ground meat, that need to be repackaged in smaller quantities. I could 'eyeball' the meat, but just never felt I was getting the packages equal. This scale has worked perfectly. I can now buy in large quantities and then vacuum pack it at home in 1# pkgs. & know I'm getting it right. I keep finding other uses for it than I didn't originally anticipate, so I'm very pleased with it. And I love the small size.

Dropped from diabetic to healthy
I teach HS science. I used actual certified weights to test it and this scale is really accurate. Very very easy to use. I put my plate on, press “tare” and then add my food. Got this scale because was tested as diabetic. Told to lose weight and see what the numbers were. So I started measuring portions and logging calories. After three months on this “diet” I had dropped 15 pounds and my blood work came back in the “normal” range! I am still measuring and watching calories. The scale has been dropped off the table to a tile floor, had grandkids play with it, and still going strong. The size easily takes a full sized dinner plate but also a single piece of bread.

Was About Time!
Been meaning to get a food scale for quite a few years but always talked myself out of it. Recently, have gotten more into cooking with a steam oven where you really need to know the weight of the food as it goes into the oven (after trimming, etc). So I splurged and after some research settled on this product. After using it a lot over several weeks, I am thoroughly satisfied. It covers the range of weight I need (a few times needed to cut something into two pieces, but more to fit it securely on the scale rather than for being overweight). The tare function (ability to zero out the container) is wonderful. The scale has a unit setting for US customary versus metric. The US reading is in pounds/ounces/tenths of an ounce. I would prefer an option to list a weight entirely in pounds (ie., decimals such as 1.76 pounds). The gram/kilogram scales are, of course, decimal. An interesting function I found by accident is that it will also give you the volume (in fluid ounces or milliliters) of a liquid in a container (after tare) based on its weight. Great product!
