Fontana Shag FNT850 Power Loomed Indoor Runner Rug - Ivory/Grey - 2'3"x10' - Safavieh

Order three matching rugs for our basement. Order was shipped in separate shipments. After rearranging furniture we realized they shipped one of the rugs with the wrong pattern. It doesn’t match the other two rugs. Called Target and said there was nothing they could do about it and now that same rug was out of stock. My only option is to package the rugs back up and bring them to a facility to ship back, mind you one rug is 9 x 12. Which also means moving all of the furniture again. Asked for a refund for the mismatched rug and both the Safavieh company and Target placed to responsibility on the other to make right. Yet, here sit with mismatched rugs. Not happy at all with either customer service. If you are going to sell third party products, you should have a better method for product management.

I looked long and hard to find a rug I wanted to add gray somehow without redoing all of my deccor. This rug has just enough fray in it to accomplish that. I first bought a smaller 3x5 and used it in a sitting area by my staircase. When I first opened it I thoought it may be too creamy ivory, but once on my dark hardwood floors it looked much more "white/off white" and exactly what I wanted. the rug looks really nice and is very very soft. After stairing at that little rug for a week, I went ahead and ordered the 10 x 14 and so happy I did. It came today and I rolled it out, vaccumed it and it looks just beautiful. So soft under my feet, my little dogs love it and I came downstaiirs and found my teeneage son laying on it, running his hands through it. We have a very large family room area and I was waiting to see which rug and size I wanted before addding a pad, but will get that under it asap and will make it that much more cushy. I have an dyson animal vaccum (purple one) and it does push through it, but, not gonna lie you need some muscle to get it done. The first vaccum job was the toughest and I have vaccumed it a few times now to get it all fluffed up and it is fairly easy to push it through now. I have tried so many rugs, flat rugs, shag rugs, patterned, etc. Bought rugs from many, many stores and thought I wanted something flater , but none of them looked right. I went out on a limb with this one and it payed off. love it and it really did change my "look" wiithout changing everything. It also give the texture that I needed in such a big room

The rug itself is great. But it is short 2 inches on the 8 ft side. I wouldn't care if I didn't pay the amount I did but I paid for 8x10 so I want 8x10.

This rug is so thick and fluffy. We’ve had it for about a month now and it’s just getting softer and softer with each vacuum cleaning. Plus it’s very dense. I can’t believe the quality we got at such a great price! If you’re on the fence - just get it, you won’t be disappointed!
