A: Our rug had a smell when it came in. Kind of like a new clothes warehouse? It was strong for 2 days, and it went away after a week.

Turn on the air conditioner or place fans within the space where the carpet is located and keep the windows and doors open. This way will help enhance the flow of air in and out of the space. c. If you have an air-ventilation system (ducts that exchange indoor for outdoor air) keep this running for at least 48 hours after the rug is installed. You can run it for more if the odor is still present. d. Vacuum the rug

Not a rug for daily kid use.
It arrived and was super plush and nice! But this is not a rug for a house with kids. We bought the very large size for our living room. We do not eat meals in our living room, just maybe a random snack once or twice a week. But this rug holds on to crumbs and will not let them go. We have a nice Shark vacuum that just gets stuck in the shag. So then it is a workout to vacuum this huge rug without jamming the vacuum. And our Roomba can’t get down past the fibers well, so it leaves a ton of crumbs and hair behind in this rug. The rug also looks very matted now, and the fibers don’t separate anymore. It already looks very dingy. We bought it back in October. It is now August. I regret purchasing this rug.

I purchased this runner for a home I was selling. It unfortunately doesn’t have any padding underneath so that has to be purchased separately if you have floors that aren’t carpeted. Decent quality. It’s not easy to clean seeing that it’s a shag runner

Amazing… we bought this to replace our Arizona Shag that was 5x7. This is significantly bigger in a good way. Arrived in great condition. Was a bit of a pain to get it out of the packaging but we did it. This rug is very soft and thick. It does not need a rug pad like the Arizona Shag did. Got it on sale for $180!

Rug arrived damp
Just unpacked the brand new rug and it had a large damp spot and smelled musty, so it must have been sitting damp for a while. I’ve purchased this brand from other retailers and have been really happy with the quality. Now we have to repackage the huge 8x10 rug and get it back to a shipping store to get a refund. Disappointed.

Cozy Shaggy Rug
Love this rug, it’s beautiful and feels soft and cozy. Great quality. Delivery was great. It rolled out with a breeze and ends did not curl up. Placed a grip pad underneath to avoid sliding. To clean I use the hose of the vacuum

Perfect color. Wrong measurements.
I do love this rug, and clearly the dog does too :) The color is perfect, it’s soft and fluffy, and it doesn’t seem to shed much. BUT… first of all, it came folded, so there are numerous annoying crinkles, that will hopefully fall flat in time. Second, this “9x12 foot” rug is actually 8.8 x12 feet. It is 4inches shorter than it was described as. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but I wish it were at least 2” longer to fit properly in my space, so that is why I cannot give 5 stars. For the cost, you’d think they could at least get the measurements correct.
