A great plant-based source of omega-3s

I recently started taking Vegan Flaxseed Oil 1000mg Softgels to increase my intake of omega-3s as a vegan. The softgels are easy to swallow and haven't caused any digestive issues for me. I appreciate that this is a plant-based source of omega-3s, and the 1000mg dosage seems convenient. So far, I've had a positive experience with these softgels. I'll need to take them for a longer period to see more definitive results, but I would recommend them to others looking for a vegan omega-3 supplement.
