Sylish and functional addition to our outdoor kitchen / patio!

The heater is a really nice looking unit that was also quite easy to assemble. And, our temperature is 25 this morning so we area able to test how well it heats which we thought was very good. The one downside is that the wheel assembly is inadequate for the load that is moved. We would recommend that FireSense upgrades it to a sturdier assembly with bearings.

High Quality!

We've been wanting patio heater for some time now but couldn't find one with all the features we liked. This one had them all! The materials are high quality and we like that there aren't any plastic parts. we have it all set up and can't wait to use it!

Excellent Customer Service

Bought this at a big box store. When delivered, the control knob was stripped and front sticker needed to be replaced along with a broken glass tube (the box arrived a little beat up). Glass tube had to be back ordered. Called customer service and they were excellent. Communication throughout the process was great. All parts delivered as communicated and heater works great

Nice Product with One Apparent Limitation

Seems like a nice product. Well made and attractive. Instructions are well written. Unfortunately connecting the two glass tubes is difficult; it is difficult connecting the metal connector piece to the glass tubes. In doing so -- very carefully -- we chipped and cracked the glass tubes. Seemed like this could have been done better.

We love the design

We were disappointed in the first one. It arrived with broken glass and three chips. We are blown away by the excellent customer service. When I phoned, a new one was shipped immediately.

I am always asked by house guests where they can buy this heater...so far directed friends to at least three purchases. It doesn't put out as much heat as the standard dome-topped heaters but makes up for in looks!

Awesome visual appeal

It arrived in perfect condition due to excellent package design. The box was smaller than I anticipated, but everything was there. Took less than an hour to assemble, just take your time and follow the directions. Fired it up in the evening (July in Texas, didn't need the heat but really wanted to try it). It is mesmerizing to watch the flame dancing while putting out a large amount of heat. We originally thought of purchasing a couple of these, but we will not have to. Can't wait until fall when we can actually use it.

Fire Sense Warmth!

Baby, it's cold outside...

Bought this for Mother's Day present. Assembled fairly easily and was ready for Mum's Day. beautiful, easy to use and warm! Then Memorial Day came with temps in the 40's!!! And the heater came thru again. Wonder what July 4 has in store?...

Remember the Step Ladder!

This sucker is tall. Helps to have a step ladder to finish the assembly. Very well designed and excellent performance. The column of flame is mesmerizing.

Nice look

I bought this glass unit last month. I just assembled today since it’s 56 deg F. Assemble went fine. The only issue I have is the label that covers the gas valve and igniter arrived partially unglued. I will call for a. We one since it also hides some screws and had the lighting instructions. It was the best packaging I’ve seen. I was worried about the glass tubes. We have a minor imperfection on the glass that you can feel. I will call about a replacement since it could be a source of a crack under heat.

Great heater

Would highly recommend this patio heater. Easy to put together, took 2 of us 30 minutes. Puts out amazing heat. We were on our porch at 20 degrees and could definitely feel the heat it was giving off. Bonus the flame provides great ambiance!
