This tower heater was found well packed, no missing parts and nicely laidout screws and bolts. Came with a quality screwdriver. Assembly about 90 minutes. Looks great well made, Excited to givecit a go. We dont have a 20# propane tank yet but will review how it performs when lit.

Very easy to install and beautiful design. Item came with slight damage to the reflector. Customer service was excellent, they provided a replacement reflector within a couple days !

We've purchased two Fire Sense 62263 Pyramid Flame Patio Heaters. The first one took about 90 minutes to put together... after we got the hang of it the second one we put together in less than an hour. Terrific product, simple to put together, easy to operate. We are very happy with our purchase

We have enjoyed our heater. It has a very unique design and gives off a great amount of heat to keep us warm on those cool evenings sitting outside.

It was a little complicated to assemble. Had to jump around in manual.

Looks great on our patio as the sun goes down. Provides nice ambient lighting and feature lighting. Heat production I less than the other models with the big round hoods. We have lots of wind, so those models always presented problems, even with a cover on. We are hoping we have better luck with this style but are concerned about glass tube breaking if it tips. The other model we had we just stood it back up, bent the hood back and started it right up. This one won’t be as forgiving I don’t think.

The instructions say 60 minute setup but it took me longer because I was doing it by myself with hand tools. The instructions were great but could use a bit more detail. My wife is so excited to get it lit up.

This is a good looking unit and was fairly easy to assemble. When I tried to light it, I got a pilot flame but it went out as soon as I released the button. So it looked like the thermocouple wasn't working to allow the opening of the main gas. I called the company and they immediately sent out a new burner assembly. Swapped it out by removing 4 screws and it worked perfectly. The heater sends a flame straight up the glass tube and is very visually appealing. But it doesn't seem to radiate a lot of ambient heat from the sides. Maybe the top reflector should be a little larger and round instead of square. We'll have to see if this will be beneficial on calm chilly evenings.

I've had it in the box since last Spring, and finally put it together this weekend. And I'm very impressed how it looks and operates. We plan to use it this weekend for a Christmas party in our outdoor entertainment area. So far so good and I'd recommend this product.

The best looking patio heater out there! Easy to assemble, just make sure you give yourself a couple hours. The only problem we are having is it won’t stay lit on high.

I bought this after our previous patio heater died and I love this one so much more. We had hat the traditional heater and my head would get warm but never the rest of me. This glass sided heater is both much warmer around the body but also much nicer to look at

This heating unit was perfect for our backyard patio. Great looking, excellent heat output and easy to assemble. Assembly was simple, screws and bolts and about half an hour and that was it. A wrench was supplied but I also utilized a few more tools to make it a simple and easy process. No problems with the instructions - it takes around 30 minutes to assemble them (based on your skills). A small step stool is helpful, but not needed (you can tilt the heater to assemble the top pieces). It’s sturdy and comes with wheels and a handle that helps to stabilize the heater and makes it easier to move. I did purchase a weatherproof cover that really protects this nice unit from the elements Absolutely love the look at night. Good quality product. This heater combines warmth to the patio, but also provides a very awesome flame that is mesmerizing to watch. I did have a customer service issue. I did send a note in the evening and there was a response waiting for me the next morning. They quickly addressed my need and I needed no further action. They did stand behind their warranty. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I felt very supported. We would recommend this propane heater unit enthusiastically to anyone looking not only for warmth but ambiance enhancement to patio vision.

Having screws preinserted into the slots means it takes twice as long since I had tn remove them to put it together. 2. Instructions were not clear about what was front and back, and the base didn't match the diagram, so I ended up at the last step, realizing that it wouldn't quite work, and having to take apart most of it. Some of that is user error, but some simple stickers or clear directions would make it idiot proof.

Reasonably price, looks great, easy to put together. Starts up quickly and provides radiant heat all around while also provide light from the flame as the evenings get darker. Bronze color also looks great.

We bought 2 of these and they are beautiful and work well. As others have stated, the assembly process was frustrating. But, once we got it going, we love them!
