Bang For Your Buck
I feel like my skin is so much softer using this! And I’m definitely not seeing as much hair in my brush so I think it’s shedding less. Totally worth it!

received as a gift. so tried it out but it only lasted two months and significantly lowered the water pressure. I didn't notice a difference in my hair or skin. I would probably look into other water filters.

No more dry skin
Finally a filter that works!! Where I live the water quality is terrible and my skin's been super dry after I shower. This is no more!! I am finally able to feel comfortable in my own skin for once.

I don’t think I need to write an extensive description of this product. Rather the filter shows it all. I used this filter for about 2-3 months. I noticed better skin and better hair quality.

Promised refills since November
I’ve been using filterbaby since they launched in target stores since November. The company filterbaby in November said they would have refills out soon.. it’s March still no refills at Target. The refills on FB are about as expensive as a new unit at Target. They also say they last 3 months but if you have hard water they last less than a month before all water pressure tanks. While it has done wonders for our hair/skin I’ve used competitors brands for less and had the same results with actual refills that are cheaper then the unit and last a week more then FB. A unit at Target is $45 if you have red card, the filter replacement on FB is $49 lol you’re better off buying a new unit at Target. If you’re going to rollout a product in November with Lifespan of 3 months you should have had replacement filters rolled out by January. Save your energy on this one…try a competitor your only paying for a pretty unit that you have to replace with a filter that’s more then a unit.

Effective and good for dry hair/skin
LOVE this shower filter! Great for dry hair and skin. My scalp feels a bit less tight after washing too. I have curly hair and only wash my hair 1-2 times per week, but I can already tell that my hair is a bit healthier after 6 washes

Not worth the hype or money

Didn’t work for us
We used it for about a month and a half and I did not notice any difference in my skin or hair. We left the house for a few days and when we came back, our shower pressure was very very low. And I thought that I was just imagining things at first, but then every time I turned the shower on, I could feel how less of a pressure there was and how the shower was struggling to push the water through the filter. I decided to take it out and take a look and do some research. Turns out, if that happens, that means you need to change the filter. And my new filter should not be due until April, which is more than a month from when I purchased it. And in general, I’m no scientist, but the way the filter is structured, I can see how the water is struggling to push through the top of the plastic cap that is not removable. I am returning this.

Significant reduction in water pressure after short period of time
Reduced water pressure, and even more so after a couple months down to a trickle only to find out that means you need to buy a new filter for it, which is as much as the whole darn thing. Returned …didn’t notice any difference in hair quality either.

This is such a scam! Wanted to see if I’d get any results, skin or hair difference and after 90 days nothing, but figured let’s see if the filter makes a difference in another 90 days. Nope! I couldn’t even get the top off as many others say it’s basically super glued on so you end up wasting $40 and have to buy the whole kit over again. Scam!
