upon receiving, I did not open immediately. It sat untouched until we had a chance to get the room put together. When I did open the packaging, it was packed very nicely so I didn't think there would be any issues. But when I got the pieces out, after getting it mostly together, a couple spots on one of the front drawers of the tall dressers were chipped. I had it almost completely put together so I didn't not want to deal with a return for a little chip. I colored it with a black sharpie and called it a day. Not super noticable and it's in my bedroom so it's not really going to be seen. But then, as we're trying to put the drawers into the base, 2 of the clips broke. Again, I did not want to deal with the return because I'd have to take it completely apart. I got it to sit in there nicely and work for the moment, or so I thought so I called it good. Definitely the wrong choice, after a little while, it constantly falls off the track and not one, but 2 drawers fall. These 2 drawers are now completely unusable. Unfortunately, now there is nothing that can be done because we are past the return window. I have even tried to reach out for just the replacement pieces I need to make this work properly but have not had any luck. I have not been able to find this little plastic piece myself either. This is very disheartening because I spent quite a bit on this is a beautiful set and I thought I would be able to have these for years to come. I was wrong, I am also disappointed that I have recommended this product to others before getting it completely together. I am just hoping that they don't have the same issues because they did purchase it as well.
