Good
Thi thing works great, I do with the app was more user friendly - for example it should be easy to type in and go and then you should be able to control it all from the app. I’ve had issues trying to connect my mine. But other than that th regular interactive settings are great!

For tea drinkers
I love this kettle more than I expected. I love tea and can set the temp to whatever specifications my various teas require. The kettle will also hold that temp long enough for a gongfu tea session, about an hour. It’s also perfect for my moka pot and heats up so quickly. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and high quality - want simple directions!
We just opened this and it's beautiful and very high quality. I feel like I could really use some simple directions like: A) how to turn on. B) how to turn off C) how to stop "hold" D) easy tips on best temp for coffee, tea, oatmeal etc. It's almost too sophisticated for me. But we do love it!

Beautiful, functional kettle
Bought this to replace a broken, ugly Target kettle. It looks so cute in my kitchen. I love the sleek look and the wood accents. It also works great - it produces much less excess steam than my old kettle and heats very quickly.

I bought this as a Christmas gift because if it works as well as my other EKG for pour over coffee, the recipient is going to be very, very happy with the traditional spout of this kettle. And it is stylish enough to leave out on the table or countertop. Win, win.

Love love love this kettle! Although smaller than I expected, I am extremely happy with the smooth pour is, the fast heating speed and the specific water temperature hold feature. The sesame maple color is stunning and I love how comfortable it is to hold the handle.

Still the one
After much consideration, selected this kettle for human factors design, quality materials and, low wattage compared to others. Wood handle is comfortable and the kettle tucks in nicely. My only wish is for a metal lid because it would stay nicer looking longer for those with hard water issues.

Pros: Pours beautifully (nice laminar flow, minimal breakage) Heats very quickly (while still heating accurately) Heats very accurately (while still heating quickly) Is pretty (fit and finish had better be on point at this price) Is comfortable (handle and balance are nice) Is extremely customizable - Nice features like programmability for start time and hold duration are available - But if you just want it to be a kettle, it won't shove the smart features in your face - No AI nonsense Cons: It's a bit small - this is not a kettle for a tea party; it's a daily driver for tea for two or a morning french press

The Finest Electric Kettle
Does anyone need a kettle this fancy? No, no one does. Do I want a kettle this fancy? Absolutely I do. How do you form an emotional connection with an appliance that just heats water? By making it the most *aesthetic* thing in the kitchen. It's beautiful. Every time I look at it, I imagine I live in a Scandinavian billionaire's remote forest house. That is a thought I enjoy having every day when I'm making tea. Now, nothing is perfect. The hour hand on the analog clock doesn't move within the hour. It just ticks to the next hour. I have never seen an analog clock that works this way. It bothered me so I turned it off. Then hey, back to aspirational wealthy minimalist bliss. It works very well as a kettle, but it's true value is revealed as a piece of modern art on your counter.

Great kettle long winded review
Corvo EKG is very nice for tea with good flow rate and can be used for pour over in a pinch. The lid is very satisfying to remove when adding more water. The only disappointment I had was that they removed the physical toggle on the back for C/F, but the feature is still there! It’s all tucked away now under menu you can access with the temperature dial. I appreciated the tone to let you know the water is done boiling (although the tone is a bit unpleasant). I ended up buying this along with the stagg pro so I have both a coffee and tea kettle and only a single base since they can share! It’s included in the care card but the wood handle will require some minor care from time to time to make sure the wood parts don’t dry out

A Joy to Use
I have been sampling a variety of pu’erh teas this year. Different varieties have different requirements for water temperature and brewing. My previous kettle just had a few preset temperatures available. I decided to upgrade my kettle and chose to purchase an EKG Pro. The ability to dial in the exact temperature recommended for brewing has been a key to consistently getting the best results from different teas. The kettle is very easy to set up and is intuitive to use. It was an easy choice, the EKG kettles are universally recognized as among the best available. They are expensive but I have gotten noticeably better results using this equipment, I can highly recommend it if you want to get the best results.

Performs Well, Pricey
I bought this kettle specifically because I wanted something non-toxic. I appreciate this brands' transparency on the materials it is made out of. The performance is good and it heats up fast. I knocked off a star because it is quite expensive and I am not sure if the bang is worth the buck. Also, within one use I already have mineral spots in the interior. I know this is more of a "me problem" with my water, however I can already tell this is going to be a continuous upkeep tasks. I went with the Corvo over the Stagg because it was easier to clean than the long spout (which I am glad I did after seeing how much mineral deposits I get).
