As you may already know, there are many factors, such as the size of the room and the amount of ventilation, that can affect how much scent you notice. Increased air flow (for example, when windows and doors are opened or air conditioning units and heaters are turned on) can also affect the level of scent. The scents alternate throughout the day, so you might experience waves of scent as you notice the different scent characters. If you’re having trouble with the scent dispersing, please check that the refill has clicked into place. When the refill is properly inserted, you will not be able to see the plastic collar that holds the jars together. Make sure the warmer is fully inserted into the outlet. Try plugging a different device into the outlet you're using to make sure it's working. Make sure the device is set to either Low, Medium, or High, and not in the middle. Gently move the adjuster so that it's set into position. The middle position may prevent the device from functioning properly, leading to uneven scent distribution or reduced effectiveness. Adjusting it to one of the specified settings guarantees that the device operates as intended, providing consistent and pleasant odor control.
