Failed pacakging or shipping
Item arrived broken. Package had no shipping protection. Has happened several times. And now I have to go in the store to refund . If i wanted to go in the store I would be paying to ship items.In addition, I have had several items from my last few orders be delivered to addresses that are not associated with my account. This has occurred so much that now I cannot select the option to replace. If this continues I will stop being a regular shopper at this corporation altogether. Your customer service was not helpful and treated me like this was my fault

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect fall scent! I love febreze everything. It comes in a nice trigger bottle and gets rid of any smell in the house. No aerosol with this can which is really good for the environment conscious! Not a bad price point for almost 9 oz!!
