Frangrance was a miss
I thought I would love this fragrance. First it went in the half bath, didn’t take long for it to become so overpowering that it gave me a headache in the time it took to wash my hands. I moved the plug into the kitchen and it was strong enough to make it in to the living room. Would’ve been great except it began to smell like a public restroom air freshener or port-o-potty, dunno how else to describe it. I got so sick of it, it only lasted plugged in for 2 days.

Strongest scent out of them all!

One Febreze plug in is better than three Airwick plug ins
I originally bought 3 air wick plug ins for my new apartment. I could hardly smell them, you’d have to literally stand super close to them to smell them. So I purchased one Febreze plug in to try it out and it works great! I can smell it throughout my apartment. I’m definitely going to purchase more.

Where are the old plug ins
Bought this on 4/22/24 and it blinked twice when I plugged it in, but absolutely no scent is coming out (purchased two of these and neither are working). What a waste of money! Where are the original plug ins, these fade defy are worthless.

We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as our Febreze PLUG does go through strict quality checks to ensure that you can get the best possible results. If there's no scent coming out at all, we suggest that you make sure the refill has been fully clicked into place. When the refill is properly inserted, you won't be able to see the plastic collar that holds the jars together. As well, make sure the device is set to either Low, Medium, or High, and not in the middle. Gently move the adjuster so that it's set into position. We hope these tips help.
