Disappointing Design Flaw in an Otherwise Stylish Frame

I purchased two sizes of this frame and both share the same frustrating flaw: the opening is at the top instead of the bottom, which disrupts the clean look of the metal frame. While you can flip the stand around, the placement of the pegs that hold it at a specific angle prevents it from standing upright on its own. I also bought the 8x10 version in the Threshold brand and that one is designed correctly—so this seems to be a manufacturing issue specific to this brand. It's a shame, because the overall aesthetic is lovely, but the functionality really misses the mark. I'll be returning.

Just ok

Cute but a pin in the but to open. Comes with no directions and online it’s so hard to figure out. U have to take out the whole spring piece with a knife. Be careful. After taking the spring pieces out the glass can come out to change the photo Mine wasn’t wobbly
