Q: The item details says it can be displayed vertically or horizontally but can it really be turned on its side? It looks like the easle back knob would prevent this. Has anyone tried it?

submitted byPhilip - 9 years agoTarget staff supportA: NO, the frame can only be used vertically. The screws on the side won't loosen and even if they did you'd still have a screw on the bottom while displaying it horizontally, frame would rock.

A: Hi Queen biddy - Thanks for asking! There is a piece of rubber/foam that comes out on the back on both sides of the frame. Once you have done so, you are able to remove the glass to add your own photo. We hope this helps! - Jerith

Addison Silver Frame
For the most part both times I ordered these frames once in gold and now in silver, the majority of the frames came intact. However, when I was shipped one frame individually (both times in the gold and now the silver) both the individual shipment of these frames came broken. I am not sure who is packaging individual frames but they could use a refresher course on packaging. I was able to exchange the gold frame for one in the store. However, my daughter's received the individual silver frame sent in an envelope without any bubble wrap around it. Of course it would arrive broken! When she returned it there wasn't one in the store to exchange it with and she was told to order another one on-line. Really! Why would we want to order another individual frame on-line only to receive it broken again. So, I had to purchase a single silver frame in Syracuse, New York and then send it to her myself (wrapped properly) to Boston Massachusetts.

It is hard to find a picture to fit the frame. I do like the frame itself and the design of it but it does not fit a 5x7 pic. It needs a mat which I can't find. But it shouldn't have a mat because it is frameless. I tried cutting the picture to fit the frame but haven't managed to make it work so it looks perfect and it needs to be perfectly cut because there is no mat to hide imperfections. I will probably have to bring the frame and photo to a frame store and have them cut it to fit.
