Short Acting no Good
I have daily hot flashes and night sweats. I bought this product because the Advance Formula Esto-Life with the purple label was no longer available and the new and advance one with yams had poor reviews. I have to try the new and advance one regardless of the reviews because the original formula doesn’t work well.

Ruined a great product!
I have used this product happily for years. This is Not the same product/formula! It is harsh and irritating. I will now try and find another company/product I have purchased 3 different SM Naturals products in the past month and they all are irritating Why did you destroy a wonderful product?

Improvement in symptoms
Started using this cream simultaneously with oral progesterone for hot flashes, night sweats and poor sleep. Found a tremendous improvement in all 3 symptoms after 3 weeks of usage.

Excellent for face and neck
I started using this on my face after watching YouTube videos about it helping post menopausal skin. Very happy with quality and using it as your first step on clean skin (don’t forget your neck) and waiting 5-10 minutes before using additional products. I noticed a difference in a week. Have been using this estrogen cream for years since I had hysterectomy. This is one cream that does works. It helps with hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, headaches,etc. I use 1 pump everyday.
