Target is not substituting without letting customers know?
I am writing a review based on the customer service and not the item itself. Online it says this item is instock and oreded it online as a in store pick up. I wasn't able to get it at drive up due to weather conditions. Even though it was not snowing or raining at all and did not find out until I had parked at drive up. I went inside to receive item and got the same item but a different color. It was not what I ordered and the manager said they are now to sub the item without notifying the customer on the target app. I do not agree with this because it wastes the customers time and gas to drive to target to find out it is not what they ordered. That is why there is an option for "No substitution". Target please change this, it is not okay to waste customers time and gas.

This crossbody bag is such a great find, especially for the price! I bought it for my nine-year-old daughter who’s been really into fashion lately, and I love that it’s only $10 so we’re not spending a ton on an accessory she’s growing into. So much space and super accommodating!
Using it for my trip in NYC! The strap stretches good to make it longer and plenty of space inside for sanitizers, scrunchies, and even a few small necessities. Might fit a regular wallet but will take up most of the space. There’s a small zipper in the front that has a little pocket for whatever you’d like to put. For $10, it’s a great and useful purchase!

I needed a small clear bag to go out. I was hesitant not sure if it would fit me, but it did. I wear size xxl/xl top and size 17 juniors or 16 women's. hope that helps. Fit my wallet, phone, keys, small hand sanitizer, lipstick, and sharpie.I Allah killed it because it isn't saggy. My tummy area is not favorite but this didn't make me look any bigger.
