I still don't know what revision I had or how to update it. It had Bluetooth, yet no way to activate it. For the cost and all the feathers, there were no instructions on how to activate them. It was also big and clunky.

    Great New Radar Detector

    First trip using my new Escort Max 360c MKII was uneventful (which is good). Still learning to deal with all the false alerts (perhaps roadside signs or where cops used to be?), but got very early alerts for actual radar locations (which is why I bought this model and love the way the device shows alerts on the Drive Smarter app. Overall very happy with my purchase. Escort did fix a bug with my old detector where the app turned the music down during an alert and would not turn it back up after the alert.

    Arrow and readout brightness

    In the bright sun usually found here in South Florida, I find it very difficult to see the printed lettering and the direction arrows display. Have tried all of the available colors.

    Upgrade

    This is my latest upgrade to my original 360 max. Seems to be a bit better at picking up and silencing K band blind spot detectors. Still great detector. My feel is that for Ka band it's about a mile and a half driving mountainous interstates in the north east.

    Doesn't work well in Chevy Traverse.

    I have owned 5 escort radars, this is the second 360C MkII. all past units have been great. But this new unit in my 2025 Chevy Traverse is picking up some of KA broadcast from the vehicle. It does not so this in my 2024 chevy 2500HD. Both have adaptive cruise and lane control. I always mirror mount them and bought a blend mount and mirror tap kit. I rather not relocate it.

    Max 360c mk11

    I purchased the 360c and paid more for it bc of the connectivity to my home wifi for automatic updates. After returning two products from Amazon and Best Buy and spending hours on the phone with 3 different customer care employees at Cedar, no one could help me work this detector properly. I feel that the detector could be worth while for radar detection, but the difficulty and complexity of using and setting up this device has proven so frustrating, that I’ve decided to not use it. Ive gone through the process of returning two other detectors and quite frankly don’t know what to do at this point. I have purchased several passports over the years and have supported this company for decades!

    Escort max360 Mikita not as advertised

    This unit was purchased 11/2025 and advertised for updates available via WiFi. The latest update available is 10/2024 and a bit disappointed that the update was not on already on the unit. Escort Support has informed me that automobile WiFi and phone hotspot don’t work with this unit and it is best to download the Escort app to a computer and connect the device to the computer for updates. In this case, I probably would not have purchased this unit but a different device since update via WiFi was one of the features I selected this device.
