Ello Snap and Nest 4.5c Plastic 10pc Meal Prep Food Storage Container Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great! The Ello Snap & Nest prep set is made with good quality plastic and the lids seal perfectly! The container is true to size and does hold 4.5 cups and still seals securely. I like that they’re colorful but still see through so I can tell what’s in them. They hold up well with hot food too. And the lid seal is tight enough that food odors are minimal when stored in the fridge. Even with the strong seal, the tabs for the lids are easy to open and close. I will be getting more sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are nice heavy duty, plastic containers and are easy to clean. I like that they are BPA free & come in pretty, bright colors. They hold quite a bit of food, making them versatile for liquids or solids. HOWEVER- they are incredibly hard to seal! On almost each container, we had to take off the lid and try to reseal just to get ALL of the tabs to close. Many times 1-2 of the tabs would not close, and we would have to unclasp the others just try to and make every single one clasp. Over and over, multiple times we had to do this to get them all to close. It was incredibly frustrating. Same thing happened when we opened to reheat or grab some food out. Because of how incredibly ridiculous it was to get them to close, I DO NOT recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of plastic food containers, but none are as pretty as this colorful Ello set! The rectangular shape is perfect for stacking and big enough to store all types of leftovers, yet compact enough to fit in my kiddo’s lunch boxes. My kids have been loving using different color covers on different color containers! They’re easy to clean (top rack dishwasher 🙌🏼) and easy to snap shut, even for my 12 year old. The fact that they stack when stored saves so much space. I’ll be looking into getting more in different sizes and shapes to upgrade the rest of my plastic containers!

They are airtight and leak proof so I’m able to send in lunches with no issues . The best part is they are dishwasher safe so no hand washing ! They hold 4.5 cups each so they are actually pretty good size! I love that they stack for easy storage and can be placed in the microwave . This has been a great food storage and meal prepping set for me .

The lids snap down securely and have the tabs on all 4 sides to prevent any spilling. Great durable to-go containers that don’t leak.

The containers are suitably sized for storing leftovers or packing lunches for the workplace. Each unit boasts a distinct color, yet they harmonize effectively, allowing for versatile mixing and matching of lids and containers. Constructed from moderately thick plastic, these containers demonstrate durability over time. Notably, each lid features a rubber gasket and latch system on all sides; however, the latches exhibit inconsistency, with one lid failing to engage properly and others displaying loose latches that open with minimal pressure. Upon conducting a water leak test, three containers exhibited leakage when positioned on their sides. So I recommend to store only dry foods no liquid and not a good idea to microwave with the lid on. While these containers are suitable for microwave reheating, they are not designed for cooking purposes. Given my primary use of plastic containers for storage followed by stovetop reheating, these containers meet my requirements.

This one I used with fruit, the majority is 18 oz large blueberries but also there’s large blackberries it in and it also holds it all. They can hold up to 4.5 cups per the packaging. It seals tightly which is great for keeping food fresh or frozen. It has an easy to snap lid and is extremely easy to clean.

Terrible Quality. The lids dont stay latched, spilling contents all over your lunch bag. The tabs break off easily. I have no idea how these passed quality control to be sold...

The tabs you use to close them don’t latch after a couple uses. Don’t waste your money

These are absolute trash. We thought that having the o-ring and clasps would be really secure, but they never latch. Save your money and get something else.

I love the ello 40oz tumblers. I had a problem with lid straw/drink slide lid and plug getting dirty. I found that I could carefully remove this lid and straw plug with a small screwdriver and slight pressures at multiple places. Then I cleaned by soaking entire screw on lid and slide lid straw stop valve in bowl with clorox water and a toothbrush. Replaced parts and wasjust like NEW.
