Especially love the water level marking so it's easy to measure out how much to make. It's great most of the parts are dishwasher safe as well because I usually can't stand the clean up. This is definitely built to last!

It cleans incredibly easy without any hard to reach areas so there is no lingering flavors when switching drinks. I love that the power cord detached from the unit to make cleaning easier.

It holds a whopping 40 cups, so it's great to be able to make and leave. It keeps the coffee plenty hot. Also the cord is a decent length so don't have to be inches away from an outlet. Another nice feature is the handle for the spout gives the option to leave up, which is great for filling large cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit this is smaller than I thought would be but I'm also super excited because it fits snuggly in small spaces. This is a plus. This coffee maker holds 3 and a half pots of coffee (or 40 cups) and also dispenses hot water. The easy to flip spout allows for an easy pour and no drip when positioned back upright. You do have to be careful of what type of coffee ground you use because it can be a little tricky keeping the grounds out of your drink. All in all this is a beautiful design to accent any kitchen or family function. The cord is a decent length allowing you to place in one spot and not necessarily right next to an outlet. The chrome is easy to polish and keep clean as well. I am happy to have this addition in my kitchen because we go through pot after pot of coffee in our home and this makes it so much more convient for us heavy coffee drinkers. I would definitely recommend adding this to your list of "must haves."

This looks nice, is easy to clean and perked coffee is the best. The locking cover is the best for when we need to transport this when full and we really like the cup push to fill feature, works for mugs too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it as a hot water dispenser w/ hot cocoa for a small gathering and it served its purpose well. The handles on the sides are nice because we just carried it to our sink and placed our faucet’s detachable/extendable head into the urn for worry-free refill haha. The only small issue that I had with this was the placement of the faucet handle. It would be great if it wasn’t under the opening since a bit does drip out onto it. It’s not the most pleasant experience when you touch it to use the continuous dispensing mode. It didn’t affect the overall rating since it’s a pretty common oversight in these type of dispensers. Oversight might be the wrong word since the current handle placement would allow it to be pushed by a mug for single refill or lifted up by hand for continuous, but I’m not an engineer major, so I don’t know. And yes, with water it’s not really a problem, but it is one of my pet peeves!

With the ability to make 40 cups of coffee, and lightning quick set-up, the coffee is ready in no time. The filter and percolator click together very nicely and securely. The whole system feels very sturdy while not being heavy.

This is perfect for so many cups of coffee. We do the grande size so 40 cups isn’t accurate for us, but still it huge and take. Lot of work out of it for us!

I appreciate that the cord completely removes and can be stored inside the dispenser itself. It fits comfortable under my upper cabinets when on my kitchen counter. It’s also attractive and subtle with the black and stainless steel finish. It's very simple to use, it has no buttons or knobs, just plug and go. I also appreciate the push activated dispenser lever over a pull down one for hands free dispensing. It’s a small feature but makes a big difference for ease of use. It was quick to heat water for tea when I plugged it in. It dispensed smoothly and the water was very hot (near boiling) even awhile after I first heated the water. I’m so excited to use this for a hot cocoa bar!

I love it. 40 cups is a lot and is a lot to help the homeless out with. I thought it will be big and bulky but it’s not. Just perfect. And easy to set up.
