Description

ELEGRP's ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet provides continuous protection from ground faults during its whole life period. The GFCI receptacles conduct an auto-monitor function self-test every five seconds exceeding UL 943 requirements for a frequency of 3 hours. Ultra-compact design leaves more space for other wiring devices for easier and quicker installation in electrical boxes. Miswire protection interrupts power in an event that the GFCI receptacle is miswired by interposing line and load branch circuit supply wiring. The GFCI receptacle will deny power to receptacle face and downstream. Automatic shutter system prevents young children from inserting unwanted objects into the outlets. Our products are UL and CUL Listed, which meets UL standards.

They work very well.

Finally got these installed in my kitchen. just replaced both at the same time. about half the price of the big box stores. They also have the faceplates, which usually is an extra cost locally.

Not thinner

decided to replace all of the receptacles as part of the renovation. There were no GFCI receptacles in the needed areas i. bathroom and kitchen.

Easy to install, clear instructions

This appears to be a well designed The instructions were clear The illuminated led could be an issue if you don't want it and the slight power vampire effect but I guess you could tape over it. Still, I think it's a nice feature.

Can't get my wires through these tiny holes.

I was unable to use this outlet because there are tiny holes you are supposed to route the wires through I think my wires to my outlet are possibly 12G stranded wires.
