Description

ELEGRP's ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet provides continuous protection from ground faults during its whole life period. The GFCI receptacles conduct an auto-monitor function self-test every five seconds exceeding UL 943 requirements for a frequency of 3 hours. Ultra-compact design leaves more space for other wiring devices for easier and quicker installation in electrical boxes. Miswire protection interrupts power in an event that the GFCI receptacle is miswired by interposing line and load branch circuit supply wiring. The GFCI receptacle will deny power to receptacle face and downstream. Automatic shutter system prevents young children from inserting unwanted objects into the outlets. Our products are UL and CUL Listed, which meets UL standards.

Good outlet

Depth is good, anti tamper can make plugging in a little more forceful, but it handles it fine and is good to know my gremlins can't shove random objects into the outlet.

I don't know anything about the electrical components of this outlet.

All I know is mine was extremely old My uncle who's an electrician replaced it with this and we haven't had any more issues.

Good GFCI outlets, tamper resistant plugs are now standard

Constantly was tripping until it was no longer usable. This outlet is a good replacement for it, the circuit testing for ground faults is done every 5 seconds

Great price

easy install and they are not super bulky in the back. and no problems. Individually boxed which is nice to place where needed complete for contractor. Even includes the designer screw less wall plates! Excellent value compared to hardware store. Good build.

Works perfectly

I had a defective outlet in my kitchen it works perfectly. GFCI are a safety measure in the house so they have to be solid and so far so good with these.

Good value, like the thin design.

These look almost better than the supply house ones. The thinner design is nice , especially if you are adding the GFCI into an existing old box.

Beware if you need a splitter for more than 2 outlets.

Great because it fits in some old, Bad because the outlet spacing is out of spec and will not accept dual outlet splitters.

I love that these new GFCIs are now smaller.

sorrow of getting all the wires back in the box especially if you have down stream circuits. This design give you some help in that regard.

Easy to install

Something I really like on these is they have a quick fit with the ground. tighten the screw down instead of wrapping it around the post. This isn't a big deal unless you are hooking up a LOT of fixtures.

Black color blends in nicely
