About the Author

María Nordin es autora y creadora del método Free to Heal(R). Arquitecta (Universidad Aalto, 2010) y raíces mitad españolas y mitad finlandesas, ha desarrollado un enfoque único que integra neurociencia, psicología somática, sanación intergeneracional y espiritualidad práctica. María comparte sus enseñanzas a través de sus libros y cursos. Su programa online fue lanzado en 2019 en español, inglés y finés, y desde entonces más de 60.000 personas de diferentes países han utilizado sus herramientas para enfrentarse y tratar múltiples y distintos trastornos o problemas de salud. Maria está casada con el músico y actor finlandés Reino Nordin, con quien también crea meditaciones guiadas. Juntos tienen cuatro hijos.
