There are very few companies that “get it” as far as serving their customer is concerned. Eagle Peak gets it! I bought the 13X13 pop-up canopy and my wife and I totally loved the product itself, the shade, etc. But I did not take care of it.as well as I should have. My fault. I should have realized that for a few hundred bucks, I was not buying a Strategic Air Command bomb shelter. The canopy needed to be handled with care, taken down in bad weather. But when a few things broke because I though that I was purchasing.some form of an annex to Fort Know, the Eagle Peak customer service person TOTALLY worked with me to make things better. I am now a SUPER FAN of this company. Good product and they know how to serve their customers.

Came on time, no damage, easy setup*, looks great. Haven't put up the mosquito netting yet. You may want to add a sentence to the instructions to put the holes in the pole covers through the extention arms.

The pop up easy to put up and take down. Provides great coverage and netting works well. Very satisfied

I bought this last June, used it for the summer season, and just put it up for this season. Sadly, we have lost all of the shade trees and the setting sun is brutal to the front and garage of the house. We put this up as an extension of the garage (who parks cars in a garage?) to decrease the heat radiating off of the macadam, which in turn heats up the house. It does what I wanted (last year) and I am so happy~! I recommended this product to a friend who is in need of a gazebo on their deck. While the directions aren't terrific, they are enough and it is fairly easy to set up (definitely need 2 people). Hopefully mine lasts another 2-3 seasons? So far, it's a good product at a fair price. Thanks Eagle Peak~!

I purchased it for my 60th Birthday BBq, and it was a hit! My neighbors and I bbq or sit outside on the weekends till midnight! We have movie nights or just play music, enjoy each other's company! I was able to assemble it by myself with the exception of the middle part! lol I'm 5'01, lol I too have left it up for 3 weeks now and still standing after terrible weather! Flash Flooding and Thunderstorms in Riverdale GA. I did purchase weights from another retailer and have 10lbs on each leg. Thank you So Very Much for Making My 60th Amazing! I know I'll be coming back to purchase more! Amazing Customer Service!!!!! I'd give them more stars if they were available!

We chose this product because it has sturdier legs than the other mfg's. Overall we are very happy with the product and it looks great. However when we put it up, 3 of the 4 corners, the rail went right through the pockets. We took it down and found shoddy stitches. Some stickers were loose. Nothing was reinforced and there were dangling threads all over. I stitched all 4 corners with strong thread and now it is good.

I purchased this gazebo to replace a screen tent that I used by my pool for bug free shade. I am so pleased with the affordability and quality of the Eagle Peak 13' x 13' screened gazebo. It exceeds my expectations! It is sturdy, functional and very attractive. I intend to leave it set up all year round and so far, it has weathered 4 thunderstorms with high winds with exceptional stability. I put canopy weights on each leg and used tied it down using the stakes and ropes provided. But the top vent allows the air to flow through instead of picking it up like a kite. The eave overhangs really help keep the rain out and the drain holes in the roof work great to keep the rain from puddling on the top. I put canopy walls with see through windows inside the screens for privacy and to shield the sun. I even hung curtains! The inside space is very roomy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After shopping around for portable cabanas for our windy, sound side backyard beach, we came across this awesome gazebo! It had everything we wanted… space, height, mosquito netting and a great price! The first time we put it together it took us about 1.5 hours but now we can put it up in about 30-40 minutes. I'm a sample sized lady and have been able to take it down myself in about 20-30 minutes when a squall is about to roll through. It's pretty durable when staked (we also use weights) but we rather not expose it to 40+ mph winds. At first we didn't stake it, only used weights and it still withstood up to about 25 mph winds. It only took 1 flip over to learn our lesson but I, myself righted with only slight difficulty. Now that we have it it is a Must Have for us. Out of fear that something could happen to this one and we would be without, even temporarily - we bought a spare!
