Q: Is this ELF mascara waterproof?

A: No, but as a head's up, waterproof mascara generally can't be a "tubing" mascara. Tubing formulas though are quite water resistant and can be "pulled" off w/ warm water in tubes instead of smudging.

BEST MASCARA EVER
This mascara is a crazy good dupe for the Thrive tubing mascara. It doubles the length of my lashes and holds a curl all day. The wand is also duper easy to use since it is small with short hard plastic bristles. You can get your inner corner and your lower lashes without accidental smudging. It also slides off at the end of the day without leaving a raccoon-y ring around your eye since it comes off in a “tube”. You really get a lot of bang for your buck with this formula and I highly recommend.
