Changed formula/ spoolie design
I’ve been using this elf brow pencil for YEARS (6+ years) they recently changed everything. The spoolie is so small and soft that it doesn’t work anymore. You cannot blend your makeup into your eye brow hairs because the spoolie is so soft it won’t even move the pigmentation. 2nd the makeup formula itself has changed. The makeup is almost impossible to get off with face wash and hot water alone. I had to use my facial exfoliation pad to get it off. The color is completely different. I have been using the color taupe and the new color “taupe” is a dark brown. I HATE the new formula and design. I literally threw it in the trash can after 3 days of trying to make it work.
