DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
My iron stopped working after 2 years. I took very well care of it and after reaching out to customer service they didn’t offer much assistance. They advised I purchase a refurbished one. For such a steep price you’d think they offer better services. I am noticing that these irons are breaking right after people’s warranty expires. Im not entirely sure if you can purchase an extended warranty but all around very disappointed in how Dyson handled this.

Cordless game changer!
The cordless feature is my reason for purchase, absolutely fantastic! I find the heat could be hotter, takes a little longer to do my hair. Overall, the cordless beats out the heat.

Great product
I love the end result when using this straightener. There is no heat damage and my hair looks sleek and stays straight for days. Definitely worth the investment. The only improvement that is needed is the duration of the battery, it drains fast I find. I have a lot of hair and even with a full charge I cant straighten my hair with plugging in

Great features but scrapes through hair
It’s great but the reason it doesn’t get a five star is because it feels like it scrapes through my hair no matter what I’ve tried.

Not the best
I like it but for the price it isn't worth it. It does pull on my hair with every piece I straighten and lots of bits of hair fall off.

Sleek, simple, stylish design
Very happy with my purchase of a couple of weeks ago. It works so well with my natural wavy hair, that is coloured and mid length. Gentler on hair compared to other straighteners

Disappointing
I was excited and hopeful that these straighteners would be as good as the Dyson hairdryer. However, they sadly caused breakage after just one use and my hair kinked back soon after straightening, I have therefore reverted to using GHDs and this was a purchase I regretted.

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money at all. Stops working after 3 years. I called Dyson support and they basically said that they can do nothing about it and offered that I buy a refurbished machine. Given the price you would atleast expect for them to offer repairs!!

Hard pass! Twice disappointed
Two different straighteners, both PRICEY gifts, that in my opinion, DO NOT measure up to Dyson's solid reputation of paying for quality and next level products. I do LOVE my two Dyson hair dryers and my air wrap. One of the hair dryers lasted for a decade and my son gifted me another, knowing how much I love and use it daily. But this straightener (and the other I received) had the same issue others mention. Battery doesn't keep a charge even when product is still fairly new, cordless charge is shortlived, hair gets snagged, straightener is extremely heavy compared to competitors, price doesn't match the longevity or abilities you're paying for, and the warranty expires, leaving you with a pricey useless item because Dyson can't fix the problems for you, beyond trying to troubleshoot over the phone. All that said, I'm a Dyson fan and have received many Dyson products as awesome gifts! It's exciting to receive or buy Dyson! It doesn't go unnoticed how expensive these products are, so I feel bad when they get cast aside because they don't work as expected. Especially when the gift giver is aware their costly investment in a nice gift has been a waste of their hard earned money. Sad when a luxury item gift falls MORE than flat. Just beware and take note of the reviews others have shared. When you're in the market for a hair straightener, Dyson is probably not the brand to consider. For other products, they are industry leaders.

I love mine
im not sure what happened to all of these reviews but I own all of the dyson hair tools and this is by far my favorite. my hair always looks amazing and its cordless- the battery comes with a charger. I just leave the charger plugged in and set it on its charging stand. I love that I can walk around the hose regulating the kids while I do my hair lol for me its a 5 star. Had it for over a year now

No Repairs on this product!
Beware! If your battery fails, which mine did after 3 years there is NO repair available. The Dyson service told me "they do not have the technology yet, but they're working on it". I was willing to pay for service since my machine is out of warranty. I was shocked!

Beautiful Straightener
I have very thick hair and I was getting sick of buying a new straightener every year and thought I would buy the best. As I have thick hair you do need to take small sections at a time and it does very well and holds my hair straight for two to three days. You do still get a bit of hair stuck in the straightener, but it maybe me. Otherwise I would have given a five star rating.

Good performance
I have quite curly hair and the dyson corrale glides through with ease and straightens my hair better than my previous straightners however the battery does seem to go down very quickly. I like the app with styling guides and tips overall very pleased.

I'm still kinda new to it
To be honest I'm still not sure if I want to return this, it kinda does pull on your hair a little to much although the fact that wireless is awesome, battery life doesn't really last a long time and I feel like I'm burning my ends a little to much…..
