A: Bake them in a smaller pan. They will be thicker and more cake like.

Cakey/Dry
I used the oil replacement (yogurt) and it came out cakey, not fudgy/chewy at all. Seems like other reviewers had the same result, so I can’t say for sure if it’s a result of over mixing, oil replacement, or just the mix itself for coming out like a dry cake.

what happened duncan? wasted money on walnuts, eggs, ect. everything is too expensive to trow away these days!!!! you should reimburse everyone for wasted time, ingrediants and total dissapointment whe kids and all are expecting brownies!!!!

Awesome Brownie Mix
I buy this often (e.g. 2 or more times a year) and have been using it since I was like, 10. I'm turning 20 in a week. This is and has been my hands-down favorite brownie mix FOREVER. It's super simple, easy, and always tastes good! Over time I've added my own touches whether it's vanilla extract or just maybe cooking it longer for a crunchier brownie, but the mix is reliable and forever tasty 😋

Brownies didn't rise at all
The directions say to bake it in a 9x13 . It didn't rise at all. I am very disappointed because I was wanting to serve them at our party.

Did not produce brownies.
I made these with the 2/3 cup of oil, 3T water and 2 eggs the recipe called for and ended up with brownie sludge that never baked. Tasted great but was not brownies. Not sure what was wrong with the package but it’s definitely a problem.

Worst brownies ever
Worst brownies ever!!!! Omg they taste like crap and the instructions don't even cook in the time that it says on the box. It went almost 15 min over the max cooking time on the box and they taste like straight oil no flavor. Will never buy anything Duncan Hines again

Came out tasting oil please revise the rest too much oil had I known I would substitute with this part of the oil with butter or about a different brand. The kids still enjoyed them so I’ll give them two stars.but I’ve had much better, brownies.
