This stool softener does a good job of making your movements softer, so it's not as painful but doesn't get overly soft or like diarrhea, which is good. It's easy to take and doesn't create a bunch of cramps.

Easy to take , easy to chew, but is almost always very difficult to get all of the paper wrapper off. I store it correctly.
