Happy with it
So far my significant other loves his controller in black especially with the button modifications. Per youtube reviews, over time the hand grips and analog sticks can wear. Luckily you can get new analog sticks for $20 each instead of buying a new controller. This one is an investment, but so far so good.

Playstation 5 Remote
There is a lot of cool things I loved about this controller, the fact it has mappable paddles and custom accounts for different games and play styles with reactive triggers and analog sticks! Definitely worth the money for this controller, sadly I have to buy a new one cause my white one is going through it the rubber around where you hold are starting to fall off and it looks very sloppy wish they have a better hold but that’s it.

Worth $100 at most
Comparing this to the Xbox pro controller, this one is so behind. It comes with a case, but there's no wireless charging with it. You still have to plug in a USB which is terrible for $300. The battery life is abysmal. Needs charging daily. It feels cheap, just as light as the regular Ps5 edge. Honestly, the worst PRO controller I've owned.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I picked this up today for a target pick up and the girl handed it to me with no bag! I said no bag??? This is Christmas present I told her! She walked away and went to the next car as if I did not matter! I paid $216.00 for this and was treated like garbage! Worst customer service ever!

Stopped charging
