Q: Does this automatoc shut off when it reach the temperature that it's set on?

A: That's how a thermostat works. It turns off the heater when temperature gets above the set temperature. And just like manual shut off, the heating is turned off while the fan runs for 15 more seconds.

For example, at H1, the heater will use 0.9 kilowatt-hour (kWh) per hour; at H3, it uses 1.5 kWh per hour. In ECO mode, the heater will automatically stop heating once the set temperature is reached, and when more heat is needed, it will switch between H2 and H3.

Stopped working within a few weeks.
Died after approximately 6 hours of run time over the course of 2 weeks. It isn't just locked or shut off for safety, no kids or pets to mess with it...it just gave up the ghost. Very warm and quiet while it worked, but a useless, if attractive, plastic statue now. Hopefully Target will accept a return without the original box.

Outlet Killer
I was able to use this heater once. I turned it off after an hour or so, and the next morning it would not power on. I unplugged it and waited over 30 minutes and tried again with no results. I tried another outlet and it immediately killed the outlet. I plugged something else into the first outlet and it was dead as well. An electrician had to make a repair so I could use the outlets, but definitely not the heater, again. Even if I could get it to work again, I'd never feel safe having it plugged in. Definitely do not leave it unattended.
