GLP1 Buddy is a great product to supplement my GLP1 use. This is easy to take daily and the ingredients are exactly what I need. The packaging is easy to open. I highly recommend this product to everyone taking a GLP1.

The flavor tasted very artificial and it took quite a while for the powder to fully dissolve, tried with just stirring a straw and pouring it in a bottle and shaking it, but it just takes too long. The more water you add, the less artificial it taste. I did notice some improvements in my gut health and overall hydration after using it consistently. I’m not entirely sure I experienced much difference.

This is perfect to pair with GLPs! It is loaded with awesome ingredients! It has vitamins, collagen and creatine. It can be used anytime, anywhere. It is easy to mix in water and it tastes great. I love be the convenient pre-measured packets.

I’m on the hunt for easy ways to keep my nutrition and hydration up while on a GLP-1 medication, so I was eager to try the Dr. Stephanie's GLP-1 Buddy Sugar Free Drink Mix in Strawberry/Watermelon. This is my first time trying it! Flavor (4/5): The taste is quite pleasant! It definitely leans more toward the sweet watermelon side with a light hint of strawberry. It's a fun, summery flavor, and crucially, it doesn't have that strong artificial sugar-free aftertaste I've experienced with other mixes. Mixability (5/5): Fantastic. I poured the packet into my shaker bottle, added cold water, and it dissolved quickly and completely. No clumps or weird residue at the bottom. Initial Feel: It was light and super refreshing, making it easy to down a full glass of water, which is a big help when hydration is a struggle. Knowing it’s sugar-free and packed with what my body needs right now is a great mental boost. The only minor note is that for some, the flavor might be a little too intense if mixed exactly as directed, but that’s easily solved by adding a little more water. Overall, it's a very convenient and tasty way to support my journey. I look forward to making this a daily addition!

I loooove the strawberry watermelon flavor! I mixed it into a 32 ounce water jug and the flavor was perfect, not too strong and not diluted down at all…perfect flavor! Dissolved nicely too with no problems.

There is a lot to love about this product! Easy, on the run convenience in the packaging, exceptional nutrition - packed with vitamins, magnesium, creatine, and collagen peptides. So many good things in one pack ! It is a little too sweet/strong in flavor for my taste, but it is easy to dilute by adding more water!

This Dr. Stephanie's GLP-1 Buddy drink mix is a good way to get support. The Strawberry Watermelon flavor is pleasant and mixes easily for better hydration and energy. It includes vitamins and creatine to help support lean muscle. I find it a convenient daily addition, though I haven't seen major changes yet.

I didn’t really see this product as making any sort of difference for me. It claims to boost overall wellness and digestion while on a GLP-1. I felt no difference when using. I suppose it is not harmful. Just not sure it’s worth it.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. First, I do take a GLP-1. I also take iron supplements which exacerbate some of the effects of the GLP-1. I wasn’t able to drink this daily because I was traveling and didn’t bring enough with me. I’ll also admit that despite the box indicating you can drink it any time of day, I was concerned about having it in the evening. I’m probably not the expert on its claimed benefits - though I lost weight over the two weeks of travel despite the meals being more than what I’d consume working from my office instead. I can tell you, however, that the taste is decent. I was able to mix it in bottled water which I usually don’t have it on hand. For those of us usually drinking water from our own gigantic stainless steel tumbler, I recommend no straw and shake it before taking each sip. Some of the powder doesn’t dissolve and settles to the bottom and doesn’t taste great if you get a mouthful of it.

I’m not a big fan of this product. The flavor is VERY sweet, even when diluted with more water than the instructions call for. The mix does not fully dissolve in water, which I find really off-putting. I’ve taken a photo of that, what is included in this review. No matter how much you stir, some of the mix does not incorporate, and leaves some floating at the top which gives me the ick. I did want to give this several tries so I did drink this over a period of about a week. I did not notice anything different about my digestion, appetite, energy, etc. I am in maintenance, so that could be part of it, but I have no way of knowing so I wanted to mention that.

I like the product. While taking glp - 1 meditation - have decided try. Really like the flavor, and has plenty of vitamins as an amazing benefit. I split one pack between two glasses of water as one pack per glass seem to beto sweet for me.

I like the idea of this product. I’ve been on two different (thanks to insurance demanding I switch meds) GLP-1 meds for 11 months now. I did loads of research and was concerned when I started about getting enough electrolytes. I also had bought digestive enzymes and collagen supplements to try to help with side effects of the medicine. My review on this product : I just can’t tell if they’re trying to take advantage of people like me who are trying to do the best for our bodies while in these meds or if it REALLY works. My package had 12 packs…the picture shows 10. At $29.99 per box that’s $2.50-$3 per serving (not counting, if you put it into bottled water, what you spend on the bottled water). I mixed mine in 22oz of filtered water in a glass. When you first mix it, it is milky looking. With little white pieces floating. It eventually settled to clear pink, but there was still a little “graininess” that didn’t seem all the way mixed, and when finished there was a white film At the bottom of the glass. The taste wasn’t too bad. It isn’t super salty like a lot of electrolyte mixes are. It did taste sweet but with a “zero sugar”/artificial sweetener kind of taste, which I don’t really like (not everyone will feel this way, but if you’re like me…just be aware). I didn’t really notice any real noticeable difference in how I felt…very probably the idea is to take it longer than 10-12 days, but I’m not sure I will continue to pay $30/box to not feel markedly different.

This is a great product. My husband takes glp-1, and this is a great tasting way to help get some extra supplements. It helps keep his energy up at work. You just mix it in water. 1 packet is for up to 40oz of water, so it goes a long way.

I actually really liked the flavor of this. It’s chock full of stuff and you can’t tell by the taste which is what I like. You can easily make a really big glass of this and I do feel like it eased my digestive issues. I also mix Chia seeds in for a little extra fiber, and it worked perfectly.

I was surprised how this actually tasted good. I do not like any flavored water supplements, such as liquid IV natural Gatorade, powder, packets, crystal light none of that this taste good it is just very, very, very sweet in my opinion. I do like that it has collagen in it, and I like that it is individually packaged and you can throw it in your bag.

Dr. Stephanie's GLP-1 Buddy is a powdered drink supplement designed for people on GLP-1 medications to add protein and vitamins but can be used by people not on GLP-1 meds. Directions recommend using daily. I used as directed but didn't notice any benefits. I also didn't notice any side effects.

I was worried that a GLP-1 product would taste good, but this really does. It comes in a large package - much larger than regular powdered drink mixes. This is likely due to the addition of creatine, collagen and other ingredients. The flavor is very good. I typically mix it with about 20 ounces of water which is in the middle of the recommended range of 12-32 ounces. It fully dissolves easily and does not have any grit left behind. Package is easy to open and will pour in a water bottle with no mess. Not sure the purported health benefits actually do anything, but I am sure they don't hurt. Not a very good value as each drink equates to about $3.

At the first sip, I thought it was going to taste really good. However, I noticed that it doesn’t mix well, even in a full bottle of water, which leaves some of the product not dissolved. It also has a strong artificial after taste which I found gross.
