Works!
I have low stomach acid and I take this before every meal. When I don’t, I get the worst heartburn. Less bloating and I feel so much better after my meals.

Helps with digestion

Excellent for digestion
I don't go a meal without using Betaine HCl. I've tried a number of brands and this one has the right combination of pepsin and HCl for me and the price is very good. I used to take up to 7 capsules a meal because my digestion was so poor, but it's been steadily improving and now I take 1-2 per meal depending on the quantity of protein I'm consuming.
