Q: This item is misrepresented in the packaging. It says "sing along to built in music" I don't have an aux-lightening cable if one exists. An aunt bought it for Christmas because my daughter could sing along to the built in songs.

A: Hello! The Disney Frozen 2 Sing-Along Boombox plays a portion of the song “Into the Unknown,” and isn’t CD compatible. Connect an MP3 via aux-in for more songs. It also includes a working microphone.

The songs sound nothing like the movie. The person singing is also different. I'm sure it's a licensing thing but they should have to change the design so people know it's not a Disney product.

Very cute and the lights are fun. Hard to hear the microphone- have to have it very close and the cord is very short. Only plays 3 half songs even out of demo mode. Let It Go isn't the original version of the song either. My kids are disappointed it keeps stopping part way through the songs.

Daughter got for her 4th birthday when she loved princesses. As cute as it is she rarely uses. I think it’s not too user friendly so she moves on quickly or maybe it’s a fast toy since microphones are highly wanted but rarely used in our family

Fun toy
My 2 and 5 year old girls both love it. The mic cord is pretty short but that doesn’t seem to bother them. You make it work by pressing the on button then the one next to it and you do have to hold the button on the mic itself for it to work. The Bluetooth was very easy to pair. You press the Bluetooth button once then press and hold it to pair the Bluetooth, which appeared as FR-115. When it’s connected though the sound doesn’t go as loud as the built in songs.

Let It Go is a cover version
Let it Go, the most iconic song in the movie, is literally a cover and she sings turn my back and slam the door instead of turn away and slam the door? She sings a completely different version of the song how are our kids supposed to sing along? So weird

Only has 3 partial songs
Bought this for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. She loves frozen and always wants to listen to the songs on my phone. We thought this would allow her to sing along to her favorite songs without tying up our phones. We were extremely disappointed to discover this only has 3 songs and doesn’t even play the full version of any of them. This is not advertised and the unit is set to demo mode when it’s in the store so you don’t know what you’re getting. Sure, I can use the Bluetooth to play the full version but I could also just hand her my phone at that point.

Dont waste your money
We have this to our 3 yr old for Christmas and it was fun for about a month, and now the microphone no longer works at all and she is so sad! Initially you had to hold it right up to your lips for it to even pick up the sound, and it’s hard to hear your own voice over that of the recorded songs, but she didn’t seem to mind too much, but she does know that her voice isn’t coming out at all now. It plays 3 half songs from frozen and not even the real Elsa version. Overall disappointing purchase and I am outside the window for return or exchange which is disappointing since the microphone no longer functioning seems to be a consistent issue. Don’t waste your money.
