These bars are great! Low cal and tons of protein. They’re a great mid-morning/ mid-afternoon snack. The flavor is pretty good, some flavors are mid but I mean it’s a protein bar, I’m not expecting the a snickers bar. Definitely worth buying for getting those gains.

Best bar on the market. It still tastes like a protein bar but less chalky.

Toxic sweeteners. Bloating sugar alcohols. I'll pass. Btw, science has shown the exact pathways these artificial sweeteners cause cancer in some individuals. They are not inert. They do not pass through the digestive system unchanged like they were claimed to. I doubt eat non food ingredients. The YT biohackers that indorse these also don't eat them, they just get paid to tell us to eat them. Yuck.

These are awful. I had to throw them away. I have tried all protein bars and these are the worst.

Great for macros and an easy way to get high protein when you in a deficit. Some people get gas with these, I’ve never experienced it.

High protein Healthy food is medicine. This isn’t a Snickers bar. It is similar to most health bars & is an acquired taste. Going for low carb, no cholesterol, low sodium, high protein-here you go! Avoid the majority of health bars if you want more sugar, carbs, sodium, fat And cholesterol. Health bars are overall a paradigm shift and not candy bars. Love the name as well! Unique

Never again - these are NOT worth the cost at all.

I have some stomach issues, and I never have discomfort after eating a David bar. Healthy and nutritious!

For how much I paid I was expecting a lot but these are so overhyped. Everyone said it was the “best bar” in hollywood, be serious. It tastes like unflavored whey powder and instantly gives you a stomach ache, couldn’t even finish the bar, quest bar texture and even worse taste, do not recommend

The product caused considerable gut discomfort with bloating and cramping. If your digestive system can tolerate them, and the taste/ texture isn’t an issue for your personal palate, the macros are excellent. Didn’t work for me, but my kids (adults) had no issues and made good use of them. If you’re curious, I recommend trying a single bar before investing in multiple boxes. Great to see David’s in the mass market to support the population segment that can make good use of the product.

this bar tastes like bland stevia and is a weird greasy but also dense texture… NOT worth the hype lol save your money

I had high hopes for these. These leave an aftertaste, a bit like you get from artificial sweetener. The texture is also off.

These tasted so awful we had to just throw them away.

I really wanted to like these. Unfortunately they taste just vile and have ultra processed, highly questionable ingredients. I’m sticking with cleaner bars. Macros aren’t everything in this case.

I thought it was a box of some new brand of condoms. The packaging is just so bad.

Far too many ingredients, and Huberman is a grifter. I don't care much about the flavor or texture of a protein bar when I'm mainly concerned with the nutrition, but I do care about the ingredients and price. If you're looking for a decent (and much more affordable) protein bar option, check out the Good & Gather ones. They're not as high in protein, but they have only a few ingredients, and the ingredients are all natural. Better to get your sweet fix from dates than malitol in my opinion. I like the coconut chocolate ones. My kids like the blueberry ones.

I absolutely love these protein bars and was thrilled when I could buy them at Target! They are a cult favorite and I don’t think most know that they are in Target yet because they aren’t advertising it….. yet… so I recommend to stock up now!!!! Put them in your freezers!! Truthfully, anyone giving them anything but a 4 or 5 star review I really think is a plant who’s never tried the bar. They do engender strong opinions and they are for people serious about eating their protein/ macros especially while on the go and need the best tastiest way to do so - but they really are the best their is.. and over had everything out there . I have not seen my favorite flavor yet in Target but they do have a really nice selection and I think the cute new boxing for Target is adorable and made for such cute holiday gifts !

First, just cause this is wrapped in gold foil and a gold box it doesnt mean it's going to taste good. The protein bar stuck to the paper, first bite, I thought it kinda taste like a quest cookie dough bar but it's worse. If I could get my money back, I would. I'll stick to Barbells Protein from now on..

Probably the worst protein bar I have ever tried. Chalky, overly artificially sweet taste. Only redeeming feature is amount of protein if you cna manage to eat the whole bar.

Love the taste! A little pricey.
